We signed up during the earlier days of Sprinto when the platform was a little unstable which is understandable given the kind of pace with which new features were rolled out. This was not much of a concern since the technical team was quick in resolving any issues reported and the platform is very stable now.

They are are always improving the product which is good but it does mean that because of the changing interface you have adjust your process

The occasional disconnect of the Sprinto desktop app from employees' computers; however, this is always quickly fixed by the Sprinto team.

Seem less Linking with Clause & action - when you complete pending items - It links with Clause Single dashboard for your entire requirement of people process & Policy.

Seamless integration with many of the services that automated the checklist for many of the compliance requirements. The workflow management had helpful templates and detailed documentation for the the ones that can not be automated. This is very useful for small companies that are just starting their compliance journey. Our [sensitive content hidden] was very helpful and helped us move fast and get ready for the audit in 2 weeks.

As any software there were some minor glitches where it was showing something as pending even though it was done. Certain integrations can take a while to sync. But these are very minor and didn't really hinder on our compliance journey

- We used Sprinto to help complete SOC 2 audit certification. - Sprinto’s product capabilities to help monitor compliance status on an ongoing basis is very useful. - Even small things like monitoring production code does not get merged and deployed without peer approval etc in the absence of a systematic solution like the one that Sprinto offers can be time consuming. Sprinto simplifies many such use cases required for achieving different compliances. - Sprinto’s support team is also quite knowledgeable and help resolve any issues raised with them promptly. In some cases, they also help resolve issues over the weekend, which is fantastic if we are on a time crunch.
