I liked the ease of customization and the large amount of standard features. Their integration with online marketplaces and social media really saves a lot of time.

BigCommerce is a dedicated ecommerce platform and is thus very suited for any store from simple to sophisticated.

Big Commerce has built a fabulous eCommerce engine that integrates with many important providers of inventory, POS, shipping, tax calculation, etc. They offer all this at a reasonable fee.

I like that this software is easy to use and all the features for listing your products are wonderful.

Initial setup can be confusing, especially when new to e-commerce and knowing how to tell it to calculate tax, shipping, etc.

It's a pleasant and delightful experience. It is a robust e-commerce solution for B2B, B2C and Wholesalers.

Very good site builder and systems. I woudln't go back to hosting our own site as you can get everything you want for a better price and with great support.

Support is excellent and you can actually call them up and find a very helpful and knowledgable person at the other end.

Its also secure as it does not allow the access to PHP files. Its very easy to use and understand.

In general, I am very satisfied with the product. It serves its purpose for a reliable and easy to set up ecommerce platform with lowmaintenance cost.

I struggle to make changes to the content of the site, it's hard to find various sections (eg the header, footer etc) in order to make the changes I want to make.

We had a delightful surprise to see that BigCommerce is one of the most complete platforms out there, that is extremely user friendly whilst being robust and complete.

The entry-level plans are way worth the cost and allow many businesses at any size level to utilize BC to their advantage.

It has advanced pricing controls and other B2B features. The templates are great and we really saved a lot of time with a customization.

Because the dashboard of BigCommerce is really awesome, easy to learn and understand.

Another month later, I followed up and they said it would be another 3 weeks. I told them if they couldn't integrate by Black Friday to just cancel and refund me.

Since deploying SearchSpring, our promotions have consistently generated 25%-50% higher revenue than before implementing their solution.

Getting set up is the biggest frustration with Search Spring only because it takes a minimum of 4 weeks to do so.

Also implementation was great due to an AMAZING developer that really knocked it out of the park and took feedback very well.

The integration was easy and the team that helped us was quick and efficient.

Since our launch on the SearchSpring platform, our success manager has been stellar, managing our account with great care and always with our business goals in mind.

SearchSpring is incredibly adept at delivering the most relevant search results instantly. It's AI component has been a significant win for us, helping deliver higher AOV since it's deployment.

Our original salesperson was incredibly patient and worked tirelessly to ensure that the SearchSpring solution could handle all of our requirements prior to signing our contract.

Before Search Spring, our on site search and site merchandising was a hot mess. BigCommerce really has not addressed their native tools in either field.
