A challenge can be that  the programme is cloud based,  so if access to the Internet is interrupted getting to the board papers can be difficult.

It's a great way to store all board papers, an excellent archive for, and organiser of, our board papers. The confirm minutes function is brilliant, as is the action list and the interests register.

The organization's customer service is top notch - replies to inquiries are often received within hours, and suggestions for functionality improvements are welcomed.

The desktop app nests the sync'd folders very deep and (on the Mac) are hidden files causing further problems for less tech savvy users.

Assigning document reviewers didn’t even require training, it was that intuitive. It’s great, controlled shared space in the healthcare and research industry.

No GANTT chart, no timeline, no time tracking, no dependancies, hard to make quality decisions about upcoming projects based on past projects.

I work with large documents and I’m struggling to navigate back to my original spot in the document (after clicking on an in-text link). I must be missing something.

The benefits to us are the ability to collaborate across geographies, and particularly the ability to set up simple environments quickly.

For its somewhat dated interface, Huddle has been a great tool for my organization. It allows multiple organizations to collaborate in one place, making document sharing and communication easy.

I like the fact that it is quite easy to use and allows you to keep all your documents well organized. I also think it has a good security system.

Apart from this it helps me to access all the documents and also to set permissions whether a particular person can view or edit the document or not is now completely under my control.
