It is easy to use and they are constantly innovating and adding new features. The scheduling functionality is reliable and consistent.

I was able to setup the software and started to use it in 1 day. The user guide is really helpful specially the case studies.

The software is extremely flexible out of the box without needing to rely heavily on scripts to accomplish tasks.

Its compatible with different organizations and Active Batch can easily integrate with other applications which makes it easy to access and automates all workloads in different platforms.

I love that in addition to its many built-in functions, it can execute scripted steps in any language using a simple XML config file.

The data cannot be easily exported out easily to a excel format making it a bit difficult to extract data. Also getting other users to manage their jobs was getting difficult.

The good features of Active batch is real time processes and accurate data capturing on tool. Very easy to use , good user interface, Not much pre-requisite needed, very handy.

In case you have objects that were created by accident or are not used anymore, they can not be deleted all together, but you have to select and test each object one by one.

ARIS element version has very low feature in terms of roles and authorization.

It's intuitive, user friendly and easy to customize.

My client is impressed with the quality of my diagram. And I haven't shown him yet all the features of ARIS.

Customizing is too difficult. Reporting is not flexible enough for end users.

That allows to build reports based on where a certain object was used i.e. the actions performed by a certain person, all the processes whic are automated by a certain system.

My overall experience is quite well. It is easy to use and use r friendly.

The user interface is easy to understand also for first time users. So users can concentrate on good modelling rather than on how to understand the tool.
