  • Pros

  • A highly-professional support team is always ready to help.
  • It is easy to add contacts and all fields are clear. It is easy to reconcile payments, send reminders, email invoices and duplicate invoices if billing the same contacts monthly.
  • Cons

  • Also, the [SENSITIVE CONTENT] complains about the difficulty of uploading payrolls (he has to upload one by one, filling a lot of fields).
  • It's annoying we need to select the right period in order to have a right starting balance. I would also like to see that we can export our receipts from Qonto into Holded.

  • I found the software user friendly and I enjoyed the responsive design and easy to understand pricing system. I also liked the familiar Kanban board design.
  • I liked the ease of use, the interactivity, and the great features that it has, even in the free version.
  • Cons

  • Sometimes the emails get lost in spam or are hard to find so people can miss updates. I wish it has a desktop notifications.
  • Actually I do not have any complaints about the software, it has work greatly. Maybe the only problem would be that you need internet connection.
