  • Pros

  • Integration with Zendesk. Easy to import data for assets.
  • The software enables you to manage assets and control inventory with ease. Lastly, easy depreciation management and custom reports help you make well informed decisions.
  • Cons

  • I didn't really need the inventory updates to my email, but there was no harm from it.
  • Had some connectivity issues for a while. My company has two EZOffice instances in use so that can get confusing.

  • Notifications when there is a free spot available. Easy to use map with parking locations and clear pricing information.
  • Very easy to administer, I managed to get started with minimal training. Ability to set time restrictions on when people can book parks is great.
  • Cons

  • Was a bit confusing to use at first, had to get my head around how to schedule upcoming slots.
  • I haven't used it enough to come across anything negative.
