Akiflow integrates with all of my existing tools (no switching cost) and the app is really well thought out. It's boosted my productivity meaningfully.

Honestly, great tool and more than that, the team behind this tool is great, they listen to feedback, you can interact with them, really openminded team.

Akiflow has been my lifesaver for task management.

And then at the start of each day, I drag my tasks onto my calendar where they live and ensure I don't book a meeting over top. Fantastic way to visualize your tasks and stay on top of things.

My overall experience has been excellent. Customer support is incredible and they are developing the app extremely quickly.

I have tested out dozen apps like this, most notably Sunsama, Todoist, TickTick and Akiflow has the best performance (speed), ease of UI (slick user interface), fastest keyboard shortcuts.

The biggest thing it's missing is an iOS app - but this is already being worked on.

The real beauty is that you can use all of these features or only a few, as the system is flexible and capable for any personality/workflow.

I love how easy to centralize your tasks from all your sources (mail, slack, notion, etc.) and to dispatch them on a calendar view. I love the reminder before tasks and meetings.

Best thing for me is being able to DRAG&DROP from a ToDo list to a Calendar and automatically syncs with everything. So easy to connect to all tools like Google Calendar, Gmail, Slack and Zoom.

Motion manages and plans tasks automatically much better, but comes in at twice the cost and is also only in browser.

The two biggest pros are the ability to manage one's task list within a calendar, and the responsiveness of the Akiflow team on its Slack community.

I love how fast and sleek the design of this application is. Too many task management systems are clunky and require a lot of time dedicated to maintaining them.

Replaced calendly for me. I love being able to see all my meetings and tasks in the same place, as it helps me be more realistic about planning out my day.

It helped me speed up my workflow and be more productive,  there's no learning curve. It's just so easy to use right out of the bat that you can be productive in minutes.

Happy with Akiflow for the most part. The interface is nice, the reminders are well done, it integrates with Asana, is perfect for time blocking, etc.

Patiently waiting for more 2-way sync integrations with other project management tools. The inability (at this time) to integrate with Outlook calendar accounts.

It is still in Beta so there are still a few bugs but none that are critical, and there is no mobile yet, although it will be released soon as of this review.

IOS version still missing, so only available for Mac at this moment.

I can also integrate my slack, email, todoist, google calendar, and notion and get all the tasks in one place and that just is the most amazing thing about akiflow.

I love that I can pull in tasks and to-dos from various sources - Asana, Email, Slack - and have one source of truth to then time block the tasks and make moves with what matters.

Equally great calendar & task management with a responsive and fast interface makes capturing and blocking time for tasks super easy and actually fun.

I liked the ability to create my tasks and label them. Easy to drop into my calendar.

Ease of use when working in Salesforce, being able to schedule from Email or contact card.

Overall Chili Piper is a great product with a growing list of features. If you have time to work with their awesome support team you can get a really great scheduling process in place.

I like the ability to set guidelines so all our reps are assigned the right events.

My personal favorite feature is inserting available times in the email. Customer-centric approach to demo booking with time selection.

We had some initial problems in the setup stage where meetings were being scheduled outside of the defined hours.

It's built for revenue teams and features speak to that - inbound, outbound, routing are much more advanced than basic scheduling tools.

My overall experience with Chili Piper has been very positive and I think it is truly a great product.

From initial set-up call to any issues, Chili Piper has been great. They are a fully remote team, but I have never had an issue getting the help or guidance I need.

Streamlined automated and fair sales distribution process. Tons of time collectively saved on booking meetings.

I like that it integrates seamlessly with salesforce and gmail. It allows our SDR to easily schedule things for our account execs.

I appreciate the ease of templates and the simplicity of round robins.

I love that it integrates with salesforce. It makes setting demos very simple.

The customer support is the best in the B2B SaaS space.

Chili Piper accomplishes the difficult goal of both improving sales results and providing a better customer experience for prospects.

We occasionally have lead reassignment problems, which relate mainly to our tech stack setup.

Pricing was just far too high and there are no discounts.

As someone that is brought in by customers to assist with troubleshooting and problem solving implementations such as this the overall experience has been horrible.

Their support is great, so when you do have issues, they're there to help.

I like the interface and the intuitiveness is second to none that I have seen in the industry.

They help determine best practices and are open to improving Chili Piper to meet customer needs.

It would be one thing if Chilipiper customer service was interested in working with us to fix the issues but they are not inclined to do so.

We still have some issues that we are trying to resolve, but to be fair we haven't had the time to work with their support on a solution.

A lot of functionality with super user friendly interface.

The booking system and integration with real-time and Salesforce was my favorite of the ones we were looking at.

I like how Chilipiper is able to track the amount of meetings set for any number of AE's, and ensure that our round-robin style is equitable.

Love the product and the support staff who gave me the training and help me configure the platform was tops.

I am happy to report that Chili Piper has changed the game with this and their form enablement for marketers.

I have found it a little odd to customize emails I send out and the signature lines but that could also be my set up.

The ease of use and integration with our systems. Have never had any reliability issues to speak of, which is great since it handles a very important function for us.

I love Chili Piper's integrations with Zoom, Salesforce, and Google calendar. It reduces data entry, human error when scheduling meetings, and enhances the experience for potential customers.

Easy meeting scheduling, geo & timezone specification capabilities, and reasonable pricing.

Overall we were shocked at the impact it made in getting demos held.
