  • Pros

  • I like Assembled for its intuitive and easy-to-navigate features. It allows me to have complete visibility over my team, especially since we are all working remotely.
  • I liked that Assembled enabled us to grow our customer support team from 250 to 1000, without having to grow our workforce management team. It's bulletproof and doesn't break.
  • Cons

  • I I also don't like not being able to move tasks up and down on the schedule.
  • I find difficult with the real-time tab sometimes because of the status not syncing properly.

  • EngageBay's customer support has been very responsive and helped me resolve an implementation issue almost immediately.
  • This is basically like hubspot but without the expensive price tag. You'll probably get everything you need and more.
  • Cons

  • It’s hard to edit email Templates and landing pages.
  • Since I started using it recently so not very sure about dislikes. So far, I am enjoying it.
