Pros
- First off the product creator is super helpful and provides her time and resources to learn how to navigate the software- helping you identify how it can be most useful to your specific program.
- I was able to call the parent so she knew we were safe and for her to get to a safe place. That ability to communicate with parents is a fabulous feature for me.
Cons
- I haven’t found any cons yet. I had a few issues upon setting up the app, but that turned out to be user error.
- I really cannot think of anything negative to say about Our School Hangout. It is a different mind set than our previous program.
Pros
- I love the fact that a member and their family can manage their account on their own and not need to call me to get an updated account statement.
- As a small camp with a small budget, UltraCamp was EASY to step into when we did not have thousands of dollars to begin the venture.
Cons
- They recently upgraded the interface of the main website to make it look modern, but the administration side of it is stuck in 1990.
- Not only that, but it's nearly impossible to understand the 'Editing Wizard' - it has the same problem - there are so many buttons, sections, and places to click in order to change the tiniest detail.
