Very smooth transition from one system to the other. Training was great and the customer service has been wonderful.

We switched to CommunityPass in the fall of 2014 after 10 years with ActiveNet. Our department enjoys this system and the responsive from their team to any new ideas or input we have.

Redundant unnecessary pages need to be completed for each registration, a big problem on busy registration days. Frequent locking up and freezing.

The program is very user friendly from both the admin and public side. From an admin's standpoint, whenever I have a question, customer service is very prompt and friendly in helping me out.

The customer service provided is excellent. We recommend this service highly.

The thing I like most about the company is that they take your suggestions to make the product even better and implement them. We have been extremely happy with our move to CommunityPass.

Community Pass staff have always been easy to work with. The software is great for recreation.

The ease of turning rosters into spreadsheets; easy access for sending messages; Ease of use for the public.

Easy interface, organizes necessary reports and finances, support is always helpful, they are always making improvements to the software.

That is always going to be the most difficult part when changing from one system to another though.

I am sure parents are going to love not coming into my office to register their children for camp. Accuracy of registering  along with  reports & money management will be a great time saver.

The ease of use, very user friendly and easy to help our customers through the site when I'm dealing with them over the telephone.

Parents love that they can access their account at any time, from anywhere (thanks to the cloud) and see what they are registered for and have paid.

For my daily operations it has been a welcomed change and I can work quickly to solve potential issues for myself and my constituents.

I love that everything is all in one place. It is very easy to navigate, very easy to add and edit programs, and easy to communicate.

The organizational tools are simple and perfect. My book keeper loves them.

Community Pass has been great. It has been very user friendly for both the staff and our customers.

We are about to start using the POS component and are excited about it (build an inventory tracker though!). Truly a great company and am very happy to be one of their customers.

Setting up new seasons has been difficult for us.

The process for refunds is very complicated, and it causes problems for our customers. It is also difficult to create exceptions and make special rules for events.

The ease of use is a definite pro. Being able to separate revenue by individual sports is a great feature.

One thing I dislike about the software is that you are unable to send just a text message. It only allows you to send an email and a text message to all the families.

Some of the character limits are not long enough. It is very difficult to preview your work.

Overall, we are very happy with our use of the system and how it has helped us become more efficient and customer friendly.

We have just launched this program and have been very pleased with the response of customer service, with all the help through implementation, and the responsiveness overall of the CommunityPass team.

Overall, CommunityPass was fairly simple to use and accomplished most of our needs. At the time, our organization was relatively small, so it suited our needs.

Community Pass has been great for us, and has been very easy both to implement at start up, and to use on a regular basis.

We are in the implementation phase and have been extremely pleased so far with the entire process.

It is a win win for our community. It has eliminated the over time costs for in person registration.

It is very comprehensive with lots of options for customization. It is easy to get up and running with some features, and then add in more as you go.

What I like most about the JackRabbit software is the ability to customize it to meet the needs of our school and our program here at Riverview Charter School.

This featured streamlined our registration process, and parents love the fact that almost every element of the required paper work for enrollment can be completed online.

Overall, Jackrabbit Care is excellent and we would highly recommend it.

I like how user-friendly the product is and the customer service.

With this being said, the silver lining is that I switched to ProCare and they have been extremely helpful in assisting me with starting over from scratch.

Use of the calendar and displaying staff schedules etc. not functional at all for us due to the rigidity of the format.

On top of all of the excellent features which far outweigh the issues we have had, Jackrabbit's customer service has been amazing.

I love that all of our needs are now in one program. Jackrabbit makes attendance, billing, registration, and so much more at your fingertip at one easy program.

This product meets the needs of our company. It is user friendly and the customer service is great.

However, once this former bookkeeper threatened Jack Rabbit with legal action, my account was closed in the middle of me billing.

If I need to change a payment or payment error, it takes too many steps.

Jackrabbit was an easy choice when switching to a new database. The easy of use and integration is great.

Entering varying  schedules is quite tedious. Also, there are very few editing options, so if you make a mistake, you have to delete and start over.

I really can't think of anything that I would complain about.

The amount of useless categories is overwhelming and completely unnecessary.

The best thing about the product is loading families and keeping records overall I have enjoyed this product, I love the ability to track payments, shot records etc.

Parents complain about the statements and how they read. They find it difficult even if I put in a specific date.

I really like the Group PIN feature as well as the “Who’s Scheduled to be Here” printout. The ability for parents to pay online is a great addition to our center.

We have used this product for years and have loved it. Everything at our fingertips.
