We are so very happy with the results from our new ASAP childcare program. From the start, our training associate Shelley Mossman has been a fabulous instructor.

When COVID-19 forced us to cancel ALL of our programming, including all classes, community partnerships, and our major fundraising gala, ASAP did not make any reduction in our monthly bill.

The solution is robust and has all the features we need. The staff using the solution finds it friendly and it is easy to set up and get adoption from new users.

The user interface on the back end is relatively easy to navigate, once you've gotten used to it.

Great communication and information provided. Information was reliable, thorough and provided me with enough information to be able to make a decision.

It has been good to have the history of students at our finger tips. If you need someplace to keep your records it's good.

My biggest complaint is you can't try it out before you sign a 3-year contract. I have specific needs, which they told me they could provide for.

I have recommended this system to every organization I have worked for (past and present) and strongly encourage anyone interested in growing their enrollment and revenue to join the ASAP team.

Though switching to ASAP had a bit of learning curve from that, it has been amazingly helpful overall. I love that we can track credits, attendance, class completions, etc. all from one spot.

Too many complaints from parents/customers that the Apply to Total should be a button not just words so parents/customers don't miss it when they have a promo code.

Complete reports that enable fine grained digging. Outstanding customer service, very friendly support team.

Prior to switching to ASAP our organization used a clunky old Access database that forever had problems.

Some problems with our site wrap not following through all navigation instances. Browser compatibility through all browser types has also been a minor issue.

The reservations module is terrible. I have no way to book certain spaces for my instructors and have it reflect on the master calendar.

Ease and functionality of program for the multi faceted programs we run.

We were also told that any additional reports we wanted to build would cost a lot of money, so we've been stuck with the default reports. Our new software has custom report building built in.

We have had some occasional problems with errors in the middle of operations, both in house and for our online clients as well.

Overall, working with Destiny One has been a great experience. We have been able to customize the solution based on our needs as the Continuing Education department has grown.

This has been revenue generating for our extension units, but has also provided various benefits to our course managers.

Great Potential, Good Customer Service (and you will need it!).

Lack of user-friendly front end development. Currently you need a developer to design and assist non-technical users.

There is no plugin or api that allows Destiny One data to be queried outside of Destiny One.

Software is OK (have not used equivalent software so cannot compare with others). Customer service is generally good to very good.

Additional features cost more. Out of the box package was very limited and not customizable with out a fee.

Easy set up and management of  courses and certificates, notification automation, customization for approval workflows and permissions, reporting and robust dynamic help.

You have to buy the archive database. The lack of CRM has forced us to push json notifications to a CRM platform.

Some modules are old and clunky, and almost useless (Marketing, for instance).

Overall, our experience has been positive. Destiny One Support is very responsive.

Destiny One had a significant impact on our department's efficiency and growth. The team that supported our project was outstanding.

Another example: Certificates - but no datapoint to pull in the courses applied to the certificate.

We wish there was a way to delete files... in the rare instance the wrong file is uploaded, you're unable to delete (unless this has changed).

I find the destiny help desk helpful. The system is relatively easy to use.

Dashboards Datapoints - I find the datapoints available in the Destiny Tableau BI server to be very limited.

Cloud-based; many customizable labels, PV marketing content, and system configurations; offers an API; supports some integrations.

The best thing about Destiny One is their extremely responsive support staff. I have only been using the product for a little over a year, but have had a great experience with their support staff.

Upgrades can break procedures that were previously working. The UI can be terribly counter-intuitive.

Good library of resources for end users. Automated workflows and tasks allows staff to stay on top of day to day operations.

Lively continual improvement process, good support communication, professional look and feel of eCatalog, corporate learning portals.

Integration of the staff view with the online customer view is fantastic.

The features are good with the software and integration with our school was straight forward with the support of Destiny One's customer service.

Software is very cumbersome and very difficult and expensive to customize.

Great company, great customer service, good product to replace our in-house custom build old system.
