  • Pros

  • Impressive flexibility, ability customize forms with (almost) any imaginable feature/data flow.
  • I love how you can play around with setting up a study (test study) so you can learn and implement that best data collection process for your study. The customization is great.
  • Cons

  • Also, the randomization tab is always available, which can lead to errors because some people randomize the patient before being certain that the patient can be included in the study.
  • I had trouble changing the entered data later and there was no color change after the questions were answered.

  • The product is easy to use and our integration with the product was quite easy.

  • Server issues most of the time. May loose the lead activities.
  • Sometimes due to server issues call recordings are not available which causes difficulties in tracking and follow up.
