They go above and beyond to satisfy their customers. And their support in these crazy Covid times as been priceless, supportive and amazing.

What I like most about CloudCall is how user friendly it is. What I LOVE ABOUT CLOUDCALL, is there amazing customer service.

This software and UI is horribly clunky, slow and a burden to attempt to navigate through constantly.

This can make it a struggle to place calls out and/or recieve calls. Click to call sometimes stops working as well.

Their Tech Support Team is terrible. From the very beginning with the onboarding to every day issues, they are unresponsive.

It is antiquated tech over at Synety. And no API's to other softwares.

Cloudcall is probably one of the best cloud based products I have used. The call quality is excellent, it's simple, dependable.

It's very easy to install and easy to use in that you can now click on the phone number shown in Bullhorn to call a candidate rather than having to type the number on a dial pad.

The phone app is great, you can use international alias numbers which is very useful for doing business internationally.

Save a tremendous amount of time when high volume dialing.

I love that the callerID pops up so quick, its conveniently on my desktop and not just on a phone. Its easy to find people, and its easy to transfer/forward calls.

Seamless system, I have not had any connection issues since I began using this product. Easy user face to navigate as well.

The best part is about their technical support team, they are very responsive and helpful, always provide good suggestions and follow up. I am very satisfied with the product and service.

The ability to monitor, whisper and barge on calls greatly helps when training new staff and during call quality checks, both remotely and in the office too.

The cons above are really the reason we left but a terrible experience leaving Cloudcall as a provider.

We used CloudCall integrated with SalesForce. It made high volume dialing easy as one click.

It's embedded perfectly into Salesforce. You can log and mark all calls seamlessly.

As mentioned before if there are ever any issues they are resolved quickly and efficiently.

The ability to listen to calls and speak to my team without the client/candidate hearing has meant quality has been improved quicker than ever.

But the issue of lagging and choppiness drives me crazy on a day to day. If management didn't force us to do so, I wouldn't use CloudCall.

Frequent dropped calls, outages, headset issues, and finally - all of our numbers have been showing up as spam or scam for a month with a fix promised and not delivered.

It has a great integration with our Salesforce product. Easy to maintain and config.

Great software system and syncs with our CRM system perfectly.

This causes many awkward pauses and a lot of talking over one another. I had the connection rerouted from my wifi to my cell, so I'd only be using the cell network, but the problem persists.

The software is easy to use and great access to all features and capabilities of the integration.

Cloudcall is great that it integrates with Bullhorn and inserts calls and text messages right into our client/candidate records.

I was told by management that the price was a bit high, which is why we ended up switching to a different product before coming back. So I guess I could say I don't like the price.

I used CloudCall every day to reach out to candidates. I have had a good experience and find the 1 click calling saves a lot of time.

The support team is excellent. I've had many pleasant correspondences with them and they truly do try to help.

We can't wait to get out of our contract with Cloudcall. Unfortunately, despite our unhappiness they are refusing to let us out early so we're stuck.

Broadvoice Bhive / Cloud PBX is a great, easy to use UC software application. It's easy for the customer and it's easy for the administrator and/or I.T. person to navigate through and use.

Customer service is great. I always speak with friendly and helpful people every time we need help, especially [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN] who is always prompt with us.

If it worked as it should it could be very nice, unfortunately it does not.

I love calling customer service and speaking to an intelligent, courteous and English speaking person.

I love Broadvoice's Cloud PBX from top to bottom. A solid product and very highly recommend it.

The system is well build, never failed (in our case) and easy to use.

Easy to use, just like a landline phone, and has many interoffice features that are helpful as well such as call forwarding for after hours calls, etc.

I feel so strongly about how Broadvoice has helped my office become more efficient (and saved me a ton of money) that I just really enjoy spreading the word about how great this company is.

The online application is extremely user friendly. Phones always work great.

Love the updates and communication from Broadvoice regarding the services. We are very happy with our decision to move to Broadvoice.

We would not receive a response until 7:30p our time and, despite specific instructions to contact my cell, they would call the office and leave a message.

Unlike other companies, you get to speak to a real person when calling customer service and your account representative is so incredibly nice and helpful. Truly more than happy with using Broadvoice.

The process from initial call to implementation was super smooth and very easy.

I should not have done that, in fact I should have cancelled the entire deal when I realized they were not paying attention.

This is a fantastic product, totally affordable especially for international calls and the customer service is A.

I needed a SIP Trunk with some numbers ported from another carrier that's in a very rural area. Broadvoice was able to get these numbers ported when no one else seemingly could.

The price is great and all the features work great. It has everything we needed for a business.

She walked us through the process and was very quick responding to questions. Absolutely fabulous company to work with.

It has been amazing, customer service and call logs are incredible. They have all been so kind and so helpful.

I least like their customer service. The customer service reps usually have no idea how to fix the product and most times are downright rude.

Didn't work, phones were poor quality and the VoIP capability that it was supposed to have never worked. After being fed up, we called around and got quotes for VoIP systems.

Broadvoice made it simple and we will never go back. Customer service is great if we ever have questions or need changes made to our system.
