Their customer service blows EVERY other platform out of the water. The Hapana Team puts so much care into their product and genuinely listens to their clients.

The fact that it is a dedicated fitness software makes so much of a difference. From member usability to management back back end software, it does the lot.

Customer service is second to none and turnaround response is excellent. New service add ons shows they hear what industry members want and require.

Horrible also they trap you into their payment provider who rips you off and demands unrealistic payment if you try to leave.

The Hapana system is world class and their team are great to deal with. Making the decision to change systems was a big one and it has been worth it.

Setup and updating is straight forward. Price point is really a game changer in this industry.

Hapana has provided a great platform from which we can now scale our operations. The support team has been first class and super responsive.

The feature I love the most is the Facebook schedule interface, because I can post my class and training offerings right on my FB Business Page. The software is user friendly and easy to navigate.

I wont be sticking around with these guys much longer, I feel mislead and lied to and cant believe a company this big can be so bad at offering management software.

I recently moved my personal training business to the OneFitStop platform and I am really loving their systems and easy to use platform.

There is a lot to say here as this was the worst 3 months I have had in the over 5 years I have been in business. The functionality of the software failed shortly after deciding to switch over.

The start was very challenging with kinks that this new company was ironing out and a lack of customer service. It has improved a lot and I am now very happy with it.

How difficult it can be to navigate, how slow and ineffective support are. They don't help at all or action any suggested improvements.

Looks great on my website with everything thought of down to the colour scheme. All the options around packages and online booking are very user friendly.

Hapana is a solid, great platform; it's user-friendly and helps keep everything organized and manageable.

No staff app and the Grow platform is extremely complex.

Overall an amazing experience with Hapana and don’t see any reason we would need to change.

OneFitStop was easy to learn and is wonderful to use. The software is very customizable and keeps me organized.

Ease of functionality with very little time spent on mastering the admin interface thus getting it up and running quickly.

It is pretty easy to use, I like that I can use it from anywhere which is nice with a 24 hour gym because I dont need to be there all the time and can use it from home.

Frequently new updates cause problems with current functions.

The reports are great and I love that it works well with the Brivo door system. I like the scheduling section as well.

It helped when I went live. I knew if I had questions, I would get help and answers quickly.

So we were basically was charged for software which was never converted or even used. I would definitely do my research with software companies before you buy because this was a big mistake.

When we emailed the company's Owner regarding our dissatisfaction regarding the service from Shapenet and the unauthorized payments, he basically replied too bad but we never promised.

The product is easy to use and a great value. They are constantly working to expand and improve the system.

Shapenet software is outstanding. Even better is the support we have received and most recently the support from reps.

Financial data capture, integration of schedule and facility use,trainer and customer data detail for measuring efficiency and productivity.

Great software and excellent training and onboarding.

The only downside to ShapeNet is that the only way for payment integration is to go through their third-party merchant.

We are excited to move forward with these features, hopefully the process will go a little more smoothly than the past few.

No app, at least when i used it. For trainers, having an app is important for scheduling conflicts etc.

Occasional down time can be frustrating with less than satisfactory communication regarding the problem.

All the features are easy to use. Easy to set up and learn to use.

From the very beginning I was incredibly impressed with all the functionality.

Great Software with Even Better Customer Service.

They are very easy to contact and any issues or questions I had/have are responded to very quickly and at times followed up by an email and or a phone call.

Example the date field is always off by one cell. There is another field that has no purpose at all plus the classes pick up the class itself as if it were a person in attendance.

ShapeNet can do almost too much so sometimes hard to navigate.

The customer service is great! the staff knows my name and is happy to interact with me about any issue. They are always improving, developing new ways to engage customers.

Downloading data supposed to go to Excel but instead always defaults to Unicode drives me nuts because I download a lot of reports and have to convert everyone.

Flexibility to handle very large list of services, financial transactions and hstorical data. Most impressive however is their support staff.

As a previous Anytime Fitness software user, I must say that the transition was a bit more involved than I initially realized.

Great customer service, very timely in their response time. Once we got the initial conversion done, and my training complete it has been a lot smoother.

This program is so user friendly and amazing on how you can use the software to meet your needs, even if you are small facility.
