I think the ease that you can navigate around and the ease that you can make changes and you automatically see those changes.

Also some data is locked and can not be changed if a error has been made like there is no way to change a orders client/project if has been created in error.

Ability to put in meter readings is terribly painful. You cant add parts while in a workorder.

Overall Asset Essentials has been an incredible tool to show accountability for work orders on multiple levels from the techs, to requesters, to locations and even assets that are problematic.

Couple this program with InventoryEdge, a separate module, but well integrated functional step up into a more sophisticated asset maintenance program.

Asset Essentials has a very easy to use platform and mobile app. It allows my technicians to stay on the move across our 5 facilities.

Overall, the transition team was prepared and extremely helpful.

I am very pleased with the software and it's capabilities. It would be nice to maybe have some videos on how to customize the screens.

Assignar is a cloud-based construction management solution designed for self-performing general contractors and subcontractors. Key features include scheduling, asset management, timesheets, custom forms, compliance management, invoicing and payroll.
Workers can check in from the system using the companion Field Worker App, fill out and submit timesheets and forms, which are sent directly to the office and integrated easily into accounting software.
