Facil-IT from Intelligent Data Systems is a maintenance management solution designed for third-party facility management service providers. The system is cloud-based and offers core maintenance functionality, such as asset, inventory and work order management, as well as preventive and predictive maintenance.

Work orders can be automatically updated depending on user-defined triggers. The system can also integrate with Service Channel to automate work orders, syncing service priorities, dates and other information.

CMMS IT IS NOT

Poorly executed and not well planned for the 21st century communication in the Commercial Market place. Shop elsewhere for a CMMS, asset management program.

Pros

Everything is difficult, if I have to like anything it is the fact that I can keep the most basic information in a program but I do not rely on the validity, speed, accuracy. I keep excel documents to back the information up since over 75% is not an available option to store or export accurately.

Cons

1. Search functions are limited and not thought out 2. Reports are lacking basic information representation 3. Functionality is slow and awkward at best 4. Basic program and can't imagine the Executive version would supply anything more promising as no tabs are darkened out or don't work, they just do not supply any relevant information because the code has not been written to even the most basic functions to supply quality and quantitative data that is searched for. 5. Listing range is comprehensive but drill down is awkward with more than 30 new windows open for one work order search request for all tabs. Laborious and cumbersome. 6. Client pricing tabs are flawed if you click enter all data is erased rather than auto stored. 7. Note function offers client and vendor display, however to send a minimum of 3 windows are used, this is 1990 technology. 8. Po's, Parts are just a minimal mess at best not listing a supplier for export. 9. Program talking to Excel drops more information than a T-mobile call.
