It's been amazing having a programme like Flight Logger to help me with my daily tasks.

Great tools for our academy, it's really a game-changer in terms of quality and real-time scenario.

It is always fun to talk to the team. The software has been easily adopted, and is value for money.

The digital handling of scheduling, but especially the workflows for the instructors have become so much easier. I am impressed by their customer support.

That there is no billing software and not much space for personal changes.

FL is fresh and fast: clearly setup from the perspective of the instructor, aimed at smoothing the work process for those that use it most. Impressive and constantly improving.

Sadly, flightlogger collects more data than you can see in reports.

It is difficult to create new programs and update if you do not do it often.

The customer service is the best I’ve ever experienced and would happily recommend flight logged to anyone looking at using the software.

It did not take long before I got used to the systems. As a student, it provided a good overview of your schedule and your progress with both theory and flying.

If there were any questions or struggle, the support respond quickly and with helpful solutions. FlightLogger continuously works on updates & improvements which roll out regularly.

Maintenance:From a Maintenace perspective, Flightlogger does not function well and feels very clunky to use.

Easy to use, uptime is very good. Good user interface that also looks good.

In my opinion, it is extremely user friendly and straight forward.

The functions are easy to control and i gives you a great overview over all the flights. Furthermore, the flight debriefs are easy and structured.

FlightLogger is one of the most cost-effective and easy to use tools. It was easy to set up with the help of the team, and the support is one of the best I have seen across industries.

By far the best thing about flight logger is the great customer service team and the excellent easy to use software.

I can’t think any about disadvantage of FlightLogger.

In hindsight I wished we had taken more time to fully know the system, then do the implementation. It is very limited in connecting to a financial system.

Unable to add airframe total time in service:Tracking aircraft total time in service is tricky, as we can only track maintenance using the tachometer.

Easy to use with just a few points of improvement.

The booking system is intuitive to use, and the booking page gives a great overview of the schedule and the available resources to both administrators, instructors and our students.

This means the takeoff AND landing might be BEFORE OFF block. I suggest when activating OFF Block, all other times updates according to the planned program as before.

The fact that it's real time and everybody can see at all times what the planning department is doing can be annoying at times.

Stress-related workload has positively decreased. The experience has been overall very positive.

The customer support is outstanding. Normally any questions asked are answered in no time.

There are not many, if any negative thoughts I have for this app.

Great customer service, the app works seamlessly between the computer and the phones.

The overall simplicity of the program is very nice. Everything flows pretty well.

The ease of searching for work orders is a HUGE plus. The ease for the team to use in the field on multiple devices is a great plus as well.

MaintainX has been extremely helpful for overall asset management, document storage, budget justifications, proof of  regulatory compliance.

Interface is user friendly support and service is always there. Sends emails when parts reach below a minimum quantity.

Sometimes when i start a problem report the page flips before I finish it.

Its very friendly to first users, really nice to maintain a great communication with other employees and the progress of the work.

I like how easy it is to use on my phone or laptop. My employee is being more responsive in letting me know when orders are complete.

The assets list is awesome. It integrates into the other categories easily for function.

Very easy to operate after training. Logging pricing and creating part numbers for future orders has been a great advantage.

Down time tracking has improved greatly, and actually eliminated some of the problems we thought we were having, overall very pleased and cant ask for a better software, definitely  for the money.

I love the integration of procedures into workorders.

Overall I am hyper pleased with the software's performance, reliability, cost, and ease of use.

Notifications And annoying popping up every 2 seconds.

Firstly the lack of user access control customisation.

It's always nice to make a decision after testing 15 solutions (felt like 1000) and feel confident that you've made the correct decision. I feel that way right now and wanted to share.

The software is super friendly and easy to use. A real tool that you can use to manage the jobs in the shop.
