Great Program at a great Price
I have only been with Maintain X for a few months but it has really helped our company. We are able now to see what work is needed, see how long it took for the repairs to happen, as well as be able to have a report at the end of the year to help us budget. This reporting also allows our finance team, as well as the owners of the company, to see what repairs needed to be done throughout the year.
PROSFor myself being able to track our Preventative Maintenance and work orders is crucial. I manage the property care for 6 stores as well as 5 rental properties. Having all the information I need in the palm of my hand is crucial. Maintain X helps be acquire that information quickly and easily.
CONSthe toughest part I had when going to Maintain X was figuring out how everything functioned. I would like to see some more features added to the different categories to help distinguish different parts, as well as the different types of assets that companies can have. I would also like to see more integration with metering and how those could be utilized in the reporting. It would also be nice to where if an asset is "down" there would be an option in the acceptance of a work order so that the asset could be labeled "offline" from there rather than having to manually go find the asset to mark it in the program.

As far as everyone not being able to view all tickets, that is a setting that your Manager has put in place on the permissions side to restrict the visibility of sensitive information to certain folks on your team. We followed up with him and concluded that the restrictions were intentional and working as desired. Overall great software
Overall experience has been great we are now documenting and keeping track of all of the day to day tasks along with the weekly and monthly tasks that way we can track and see everything going on and make reports when needed which just makes everything so much easier.
PROSI love how easy it is to use. The work order system is perfect and exactly what we were needing to keep track of and document our everyday tasks. I love the repetitive work order to keep track of the weekly and monthly processes we do and it’s just overall awesome! Not to mention the customer service is incredible!
CONSAbout the only problem I have is that not all the features are available on your phone or iPad you have to have a desktop of some sort to be able to use all the features. Other than that it’s pretty awesome
