"Navigation through the software is straightforward, and I like being able to micromanage each piece of equipment with maintenance records, work orders, shop diagrams, parts inventories, photographs, and vendors all in one place."

"MaintainX helps us catalog our sites and complete checklists on a recurring schedule, which supports maintaining the overall health of our systems."

"It has opened up a lot of new efficiencies in our workflow, parts management, inventory tracking and work order capture."

"The frustrations I experience with the program are not so much focused within the program itself; more so in that support and focus on development of the purchase orders and inventory modules is slower/not as high of a priority as the more maintenance focused modules, like work orders."

"I also notice a gap between the mobile and desktop experiences — the phone version doesn’t always provide the same level of detail or visibility, which makes it harder to manage things effectively when I’m on the floor."

"The one thing that I don't care for would be how you have to put a date for reoccurring work order populate automatically, if equipment is on a 90-day maintenance the work order should reoccur in 90 days that way if you're late it will compensate I don't like having to tell her what date to reoccur."
