The team at MaintainX such as [sensitive content hidden]who are very friendly and helpful. #### Cons I would like to have more customizable reminders/alerts for work orders that could be sent to my phone before something becomes overdue. Having to open MaintainX on my phone/computer in order to manually see what is due for the day is not always practicable to start each day depending on what is going on upon the start of work such as if there is a machine that needs immediate repairs from a breakdown that potentially happened on nightshift or other things that keep me away from my office for a chunk of time. The current email alerts only offer the ability to notify after something is overdue. If there was an option to turn on reminder emails or ideally texts that would say "this thing is due today" it would allow me to make sure I'm never forgetting things that could pop up as needing to be done on that day only to find out later when I finally have a chance to log in to my MaintainX account on a device and manually check for updates. We can tell now which assets are costing us the most in downtime and parts. It's so easy to look up past records and make fact based decisions now. From the very first meeting with MaintainX to the integration and support everything has been great. Our account rep is wonderful and answers emails and questions almost immediately. Maintain X seems to do it all. The notification feature is very important to us. Pricing is reasonable, and we hope this will save us hours of time once our onboarding is complete. Support during onboarding has been great. We have not used the integrations feature yet, other than importing data from Excel spreadsheets, which works flawlessly. Performance is fast, with the ability to quickly find a particular asset. We’re still learning the AI capabilities, including its ability to recognize brands of equipment. Being able to combine multiple Excel spreadsheets and their data into one central place has made it much easier for our team. It allows four people to access the same information and update it on a daily basis without juggling separate files. The security it provides is a plus.
