Using the automation features (AI) has dramatically decreased the time it takes to write a new procedure. We've also been able to tap into the vast library of shared procedures. #### Cons Initially the cost, but we quickly learned is was value-added and saved us time. It was a big upgrade from the last program and the ease of use. Using this program takes the way of the need of paperwork. Also, they are constantly improving the software and do their best to fulfil the users needs. I had issue getting the seats I needed but thinking that's on our companies end. It has made our PMs and emergency maintenance program more effective. The software is at a good price point for our authority. We have had great success in working with the support teams when needed. Work orders are now easily tracked and referenced when needed from anywhere at any time. This saved us the nightmare of paper copies. #### Cons I dislike the mobile and desktop applications. The mobile app is not as intuitive as the desktop. The other issue I have is that the asset and location when creating a work order is in my opiion backwards. The asset should be before the location. It has brought structure, visibility, and accountability to our maintenance operations across multiple locations. The platform is easy for technicians to adopt, improves communication, and centralizes documentation and history in a way that supports better decision-making. While some advanced capabilities require a higher investment, the support team makes a significant difference. My account manager and customer success manager are fantastic and always available to assist. This is the one that that we used alot and what I wished that wasn't changed.
