UpKeep is a cloud-based integrated computerized maintenance management (CMMS) and enterprise asset management (EAM) solution that provides businesses functionalities to manage their assets and facilities.

The solution is accessible via desktops, laptops, tablets and smartphones and is suitable for maintenance departments with multiple technicians consistently working in the field.

UpKeep offers core maintenance functionality, such as asset, inventory and work order management and preventive maintenance to create service schedules. Users can see a tasks overview page showing upcoming work along with due dates, criticality and assets or workers assigned to each. When adding new tasks, users can include notes, a color-coded priority rating, images, assets and users.

The mobile application gives users the ability to create projects, assign work orders, manage assets and more. UpKeep is designed for small to midsize companies across various industry verticals.

UpKeep offers services on a monthly subscription basis that includes support via phone, email and through an online knowledge base.

    It has been a journey and the people on the Upkeep team have been great. I can't wait to see what is to come!

    Pros

    It makes it ease to track field personal, ease to update job tasks as you are on the job. ease to keep track of inventory of items used on job and to keep track of what is needed on a job.

    Cons

    The camera in the app does not capture the time and date and no latitude and longitude. You can not put jobs under a sub-folder per costumer to split different costumer jobs up in the app.

    UpKeep is a really good value for the amount of money that you pay for it. I am very frugal and I think it's worth the investment.

    I have to say that UpKeep is not my favorite product. It is a little confusing to use; I would like it to be more intuitive.

    This is a good lower cost CMMS option that still maintains all of the required features you'd expect from this type of software.

    A lot flashier than other CMMS options to the point where you can be confused by all of the bells and whistles.

    It's good, a great time saver, we do work orders and they are immediately assigned to the appropriate person, once completed it's easy to close out the job

    There customer service is excellent, and if they keep on their current course, this will become an even better app than it is now.

    Pros

    UpKeep has what I have been looking for in a Purchase Order software. I dont have to respond to dozens of emails every day approving POs. I can log in, approve each PO, make changes if necessary, decline them if I want, and it is simple.

    Cons

    Right now this is a "young" software - they are still building many features. They do not have some features I would like, though I give them credit for adding new ones as fast as possible to help us out.

    We are light years ahead of where we used to be using our old system. I honestly don't ever stop talking about the system and what it can do.

    The system is mobile, user friendly, easy to use, and overall very simple for our entire organization to start utilizing.

    Facilities management Is no longer the paperwork, phone call or email nightmare that it used to be for a large-scale organization like us. Now, we run like a well-oiled machine since we can easily schedule work orders, track and and follow up on them in real time.

    It even helps us to manage our inventory as well as create invoices and reports.

    The app can be used on any device and has a great user interface.

    Cons

    We encountered some roadblocks during the implementation and initial usage and being able to give feedback on these issues with their very receptive and responsive support team allowed us to iron out the wrinkles to our satisfaction.

    We are in the construction industry, and have over 14 Commercial vehicles, and over 25 units of heavy equipment that we primarily maintain, and service in house. Before Upkeep, we were on a paper system, that was messy, unorganized, and inefficient. Now we are able to utilize the request feature for our crews to submit work order request , with pictures indicating the issue needing attention. This is then view-able by management, from origination to completion, and actually beyond in a way that allows us to learn from our service history what is working for us, and what is not.

    Cons

    The only 2 cons that comes to mind are; 1)-You have to refresh your account after making changes. 2)- When using on a mobile device, the keyboard must be cleared off the screen in order to view it in its entirety.

    Pros

    supports cloud storage hence you will always access your data anytime on any device
    By comparing Data and reports monthly you will be able to gauge how the team who or individual is progressing on with the workload
    Easy to create tasks which the help of scheduler you will be notified whenever there is an update

    actually i have Little or totally no cons encountered ,only that Requesters' to be given access to receive updates too

    Upkeep did exactly what we needed it to do when we first introduced it to our process some time ago, but the continued and almost constant stream of updates has helped us to improve in not only productivity but also customer communication. Upkeep is intuitive, convenient and powerful.

    I am yet to find a failure that hasn't been quickly and effectively resolved by the Upkeep Team, which is refreshing to say the least.

    Its ease of use and functionality. And having the app to get work orders directly to your phone is very convenient.

    I wish you could add pictures in the free version. We are a small company, and we only utilize a few of the function, so we really don't have any complaints!

    easy to use out on site on your phone app, then catch back up on the website when you get to your computer.

    Cons

    i would like to be able to edit the set up a bit. some of the categories for example dont match my needs but i have to use them as they are the only options.

    Easy to use and the calendar is really clear on what is upcoming . Work order work great and it is very friendly user

    Cons

    double work order that you need to delete one work order to re-create one with the repeating schedule but it only happen once

    I like the ability to assign barcodes to my parts, and easily manage my work orders on site and off. We have had excellent customer service so far with any parts of the process that are confusing, and their weekly webinars are extremely informative.
