It is difficult to follow. Need hierarchically step by step instructions with pictures.

My biggest complaint with pinpoint is actually that it has too many features.

I really cannot say anything bad or negative about the software.

The customer service at LSSP has been fantastic. They respond quickly and provide personal attention and dedication to solve any problems encountered.

But for the most part it is easy to use and meets our needs just fine. I have always appreciated the quick response we have gotten to any questions or concerns we have had.

Overall they provide good customer service and the cost for the storage size is great, they regularly make updates and work on ways to improve the product.

Great company to do business with. Have been with them for many versions of the software and the product keeps improving.

EDrawer is a very easy to use e-filing system that works great for our office. The program is helping us further organize and update our records.

I have the ability to monitor usage and run audit reports. We also have a reliable, searchable document management system in PinPoint.

Helps with document management and online backups of important data files. 3rd party integrations are inbuilt and helps with adding more functionality and features.

We struggled a lot getting PinPoint set-up. There needs to be a manual showing how to use ARIE and load documents.

When I train my staff to use Pinpoint, I hear complaints that it's difficult to navigate; to find documents, hard to figure out the Search Content page (we use this page the most).

The software is very robust, has mean features, a lot which I do not use, but I know they are there if ever needed. Many API's and wonderful customer services.

PinPoint recently revamped their whole UI which made it more easy to use and Navigate. PinPoint also comes with a FREE fully fledged CRM.

There is no way to integrate the document management software with my accounting program.

Cloud has always been up when I needed access to my documents. Integration with drop box is easy.

The LSSP (Pinpoint) product used to be cost effective, simple and usable.

It is actually indispensable, and reasonable. I will be in trouble if Shoeboxed didn't exit.

Ease of uploading & categorizing receipts. Cost is low for service.

I hated how there's a cost to it. I literally can just take pictures of my receipts and make a folder to save money.

I like the ability to capture receipts/information via e-mails. Integrates well with Quickbooks.

There is room to make the software/service even better, and I hope the company decides to further invest in the features and capabilities. But even as is, it is a good service.

I love being able to digitize my life, starting with receipts. I've saved lots of money through warranty reimbursement and such because I've been able to find the receipts.

This is so easy to use, and saves so much time. I now only check the  account a couple of times a year before filing.

Love them...Especially in the beginning months as a user  I was calling customer support almost every week for tech support.

It saves me a lot of time. It's the best service like this that I know of (and I'm not likely to want to switch at this point anyway).

I like that its easy to upload receipts and track mileage. Its very user friendly and I like that about it.

Customer service is HORRIBLE. I have called and emailed.

Overall, I find Shoeboxed to be incredibly useful and it allows me to get a handle on my receipts.

It takes all the work and dread out of a tedious task.

We integrated it into our office last year & it has been a great addition. Our employees find it sinple & efficient to submit receipts, etc for reimbursement & I find it very well designed.
