That it is really user friendly; never heard of Ravetree until I began working at The Bookkeeper. Wonderful tool to track and prioritize tasks.

All employees can access up to date content in one simple place. Good visual representation of information.

The interface is very rich and intuitive, offers a clear and precise overview of the different results obtained. A free trial version is also available to enhance the user experience.

Ravetree feels like the perfect blend of being universal enough for the masses and customized for the individual peculiarities of a mid-market full-service advertising agency of 35 people (i.e. us).

At the time of this review, there was no public API, which for us is a deal-breaker.

Responsiveness of support team & customization. I love logging time to my timesheet directly from the kanban board.

In addition, Customer rep has consistently delivered the human element of a technology/subscription delivery and made it feel like we were a priority at each at every turn.

What Ravetree has going for it is management of the project along with progress against budget.

The lack of stability and the appalling support.

Ease of use and ability to ramp other team members easily.

User friendliness and ability to pinpoint projects easily and time associated with each. I also like being able to transition ownership based on the stage of the project.

It also has a pretty intuitive user experience. The kanban board is a useful feature and I like being able to see how many billable and non-billable hours I'm logging each day.

My overall experience with Ravetree is that What I could say is that the software is highly recommended, it has so many useful features for businesses.

Sometimes, getting alerts can be difficult. If you miss an email, you may miss an update or a tag in Ravetree.

It's a mystery why that aspect of PM is so neglected by many other apps.

The comment section of RT is where I spend most of my time. I love the ability to comment and tag people directly in a conversation.

I have trouble finding tasks that I have marked complete. If i don't know the specific name it's hard to find them.

The ability to upload file versions within the same upload and select which version you'd like to view. This keeps project files/uploads organized and helps us to easier find and look at versions.

Limited number of callers on encrypted video call.

All information is secured and stored on the cloud to provide the safest way of communication.

For now, it is a great app as it is highly recommended by a not for profit organisation that cares for personal privacy and security.

The best we've found, but leaves a lot to be desired.

Very easy and user friendly and easy to communicate on individual and group basis as both facilities are available.

I had really good experience and never faced any issue. The only suggestion is if some working can be done on its price as its a bit pricey.

My favorite aspect about wire is that you can safely share photos, documents and communicate in a secure platform.

The functionality is very good for a free private encrypted messenger and so I find it very good as a price/performance ratio because many don't want to pay and so some come to these messengers.

Great value if you only want a secure chat software this is the most robust option. But look elsewhere if you need something that has a lot of 3rd party integration or bots to help with productivity.

I love knowing that I am safe, I like the simple interface, the ad-free.

No new features or improvement of very poor ergonomy since apps exists. Very bad support of instable internet access both for messages and audio.

For me, it remains the best secure messenger of all with a good price/performance ratio. Really top encrypted messenger.

Wire surely has the best design and usability on mobile devices, and an interesting desktop GUI. Offers maximum security as well.

It’s a fantastic encrypted messaging app. Ve been able to share and receive a lot of media quickly through it that’d be difficult to otherwise.

Then, all you need to do is just put this software for your business meetings and have unlimited benefits.

The end to end encryption of the platform is great. The app is super easy to use, and adding new features is building on the capabilities for our remote team structure.

The app is very easy to use especially when using it to chat and its great that I can access it anytime both on my phone and laptop.

Another issue is in the typing section, it doesn't have the option ( or allow ) for auto-correction ( spelling and grammar ) which can cause some problem.

User friendly and conveniently accessible across all platforms makes it a must have. Customer service has been top notch and completely transparent when it comes to service patches and more.

As secure communication tool can get, it far exceeds expectations. Fantastic product with a great UI.

Our team of software developers found it confusing and buggy. One technologist couldn't figure out how to participate with video.
