I don’t like that it takes so long to process videos before posting them as opposed to other apps and programs.

Videos sent as responses to certain prompts are palpable evidences of their acquired knowledge and skills about different lessons.

The best part of Flipgrid is the price...FREE. How many platforms are out there that are free update features often and support educators.

It's not relevant to my classes now, so it's no big deal.

It's so user-friendly and its interface is superbly interactive, a feature which will definitely hook and engage the students for a more sociable, interactive, and meaningful learning.

What I like about Flipgrid is its ease of use and the opportunities it provides my second language learners to share their ideas.

Also, if you take a video clip and need to replace it or want to check it, it can be difficult to adjust the slider in the video.

There are a few obstacles to getting Flipgrid to initially integrate with Canvas, but once an instructor moves though those steps, it's no big deal to get going.

With each upgrade, it gets more difficult to use. Once it integrated with Canvas, the system is so difficult.

I never had to use customer service but I heard it’s fantastic. My class enjoyed using this in conjunction with our nearpod.

The parents had trouble using this and for kids with only chromebooks or ipads it wouldn’t load properly.

My son love the emoji feature, and I love how we can redo videos before submitting.

I thoroughly enjoy using Flipgrid as a participant, and I am excited to use it in my classroom as the teacher.

I think the ease of use makes this a great program.

I'm not sure what I did wrong, but it was frustrating to lose my video and have to re-record it. However, after that, I was mindful of where I was clicking, and never had that problem again.

Flipgrid integrates well with our learning management system, Canvas. Flipgrid is easy to sign in to because we are a Microsoft Campus, and it is (now) a Microsoft product.

Some brands have codes to use, some you have to buy through expert voice, and its kind of obnoxious.

This is simple to use and works great even on mobile devices. It was somewhat confusing for those who don't use it regularly; however, recent updates now make using it much more intuitive.

They're pretty active doing campaigns to their members, which benefits the whole platform. Their customer service is pretty quick to solve any issues.

Search function is difficult to use. There is no option to filter search results by brand.

Recent updates have help make this much more intuitive than the past. My only suggestion would be to revisit the search function.

The account management team is amazing and goes above and beyond. They're helpful, informative and teach best practices.

Teaches you things then quizes you if yiu pass yiu get some free items or a discount.

Credit card orders that fail after shipment is already sent.

Expect them to fail to meet KPIs and statement of work. We ended up at around 15% of the KPIs that we mutually set which were based on engagements and on products seeded.

Parternship with EV is non-negotiable for a natural CPG brand in my opinion.

This is a completely ineffective tool. They are unable to target retailers they claim.
