The AQ Program has been very flexible and customizable to our needs. It has been a great fit for us.

We're experiencing better visibility for our project opportunities, unified look to our proposals across multiple offices, and reducing the amount of time to develop a proposal. I am sure that higher closure rates and higher margins will be attained.

PROS

It was developed specifically for manufacturers reps and incorporates the processes, features and functionality required by that focused group. It is flexible to our needs. The AQ staff has been great to work with to identify and understand our needs and make adjustments to suit our use.

CONS

Not too much not to like, but wish some of the formatting features were somehow a little simpler to align the scope information on the printed proposal. Requires a little bit of an iterative approach to make it look correct.

AccuQuote is an easy to use. Provides consistency and track-ability to our quotes.

being able to track quotes and follow up more easily

PROS

Once templates were set up, preparing a quote become fast and easy. Being able to see reports on how many quotes are pending, won, and lost is very helpful. We can more easily priorities projects and follow up on open proposals quickly.

CONS

The software is still early in its development so there are minor bugs and idiosyncrasies that need to be worked around. The developer is very easy to work with in terms of taking the feedback and implementing changes/improvements.

Our experience with Rep Order Management has been world class. There are no startup fees, the platform is ready right away and its built so a company can hit the ground running. This has brought an unbelievable amount of organization, quote accuracy, and client satisfaction to our organization.

PROS

When we brought Rep Order Management in to be the heartbeat of our organization for customer experiences we had it up and running in under a week. It handles everything from opportunities, to quoting, to invoicing, to project delivery.The customer support is out of this world and you always get to a real person who's knowledge of the system is second to none. The company is open to future enhancements and regularly releases new features without any additional cost to your organization.

CONS

I'd like to see an integration with a platform called Active Campaign.
