BuildPass has been game changing for our business. The confidence we get from knowing we have everything at our fingertips ready to go when we start a new project is amazing.Our team loves it, our clients love it and our trades love it.

There is so much to like about BuildPass. It's simple to use for both admins, managers and end users such as trades. Our clients and trades have all complimented us on how easy it is to use ad it functionality.We have been able to start off with template checklists and other features but then customise them to suit our business. This is so important because no construction company or project is the same.The support from BuildPass has been second to none. Very responsive and super helpful.

We haven't really experienced any cons with BuildPass.

Being able to generate and implement SWMS with ease and being able to track / manage all relevant safety documents

In early stages the onboarding process took a while - this has improved now

Good and easy for everyone to use and saves time overall, paper work is all in one

Easy to use for the company and job sites are all separate. Once all subcontractors in the system, we can account for their documents and sign in all in one app

Setup takes time and subcontractors need to create a login, new app for them. Some are not used to systems

Previous companies have used 2 systems for signing in (1Breadcrumb) and then doing site diaries(Procore). BP has it all in one.

Albums need to be added I think. Sometimes I’m scrolling back through the gallery if I’m at the end of the job looking at how certain services are ran through plaster. For instance I’d rather have album labelled “rough ins” that I could quickly access.

We mostly use build pass for SWMS and project check ins, to ensure safety is a priority on site. It is quite easy to use, streamlining the safety of projects all onto one app.

The trickiest part is getting other trades on board with the build pass protocols on site. Im sure there are also many other great aspects of the app which we are not utilising but should be

The software can be personalised to our business making it useful to integrate into not only major projects but projects of all size.

Not having geotagging until the end of the year.

The different tools and features to make day to day life easy on site and keep track of what’s going on

There is no auto correct. Besides that I love the app

It makes me day so much easier in many ways

There are none. They have excellent customer support and all around tick every box
