To do pay applications was hard. It had so many things that just didn't apply to our business and it was hard.

Program is very detailed, but once you learn it, it is very user friendly. There are a lot of benefits we do not utilize.

The daily functions are great to use, and I caught on quickly. I am not so impressed with the month end reporting.

What I love about this, is you can actually monitor your projects in terms of budgeting, tracking your workflow. It's conveniently easy to use.

It has a great features in accounting system, good in tracking bills and expenses and I recommend to use who have a small or big business.

Doing projected final costs and tracking a construction budget were a breeze with Computer Ease.

A very efficient job costing solution. Very useful on job scheduling.

Workflows are great for frequent operations. Good module interface between modules.

They take care of their customers and the support is second to none. The ComputerEase reports are fantastic and easy to learn.

Costumer support is terrible. Templates are sloppy and unprofessional and clunky to use, so all need to be recreated by the company using them.

Not user friendly, does not work with any other programs, will not live 2 way integrate with other software packages.

Great integration and functionality. From bidding to billing and everything in between this program has it all.

It can be difficult to find the information you are looking for.

It is also so good in accounting system according on their works.

IT is very easy to navigate. I love how quick it opens and closes and how reports are also generated very quickly.

I enjoy expense ease more than our last software which was sage. I like being able to use the software when not in the office.

LOVE THIS SOFTWARE!!!!  So user friendly. Perfect for our profession and business.

In payroll in the sick time accruals there is an item maximum hours per year, you can enter a number but it does not warn you if they go over.

Hands down, the support is what I like best. They respond almost immediately and are very friendly.

The software has the perfect reports already in the reports section through too. LOVE that it imports into EXCEL and Emails directly from Computer Ease.

The reports that we are able to produce are amazing from tax reporting, payroll, accounts payable/receiveable, cost control, and document control. The software has saved our company time and money.

Having everything integrated is the key for us. It really helps us get a better picture of our business overall instead of waiting until the end of the year to see how we did.

Computer Ease helps me keep track of the many facets of our construction company. The customer support is fantastic and very timely with their help.

The service module is terrible. It has been a while since any substantial updates.

All construction accounting/job costing software has weaknesses. ComputerEase has far less weaknesses than any of the others I've used.

I get knocked off with a lost connection at least twice a day.

The ease of use and the correlation of all the information into one software. The accounting process is easy to use.

Though we don’t frequently need them, customer support is always very responsive, and all issues are quickly resolved.

This one is a definite stand out. Great customer support, great documentation and a freephone number.

What i like the most is it gave me opportunity to study angain and learn more according what i want course.

We also use their new bar code system along with CELive to track up to the minute location of our equipment. Great support, I love our trainer, she knows her stuff.

I didn't need to integrate software. It was also easy to setup on any and all of my devices.

The wall feature is so intuitive. This provides the user with the chance to actually build a 3d version of the job while doing their takeoff.

Speeding up your proposal process ten fold. For residential use it practically cuts the whole onsite measure and quote to customer time in half.

At this point I really cant say anything that I dont like. There was a problem at times it would crash but I havent had any issues with that in a couple years.

IOS Software is easy to use. Integration with laser measurer seamless.

User friendly, even for someone who barely knows flooring estimating, doesn't have to be a computer savvy too. Each estimating process is easy to understand.

Their customer service is excellent, they are always available and give you the attention needed.

The customer service/technical support is really second to none as well. When we have any questions about how to do something within the software, the response time has been great.

I liked doing projects on this software more than any other software I used for estimation.

Easy to use and user friendly. The customer support is fantastic.

Wouldn't take the windows version on a site measure. If you make a mistake it is faster to delete the room and start again than to try and fix.

Great product developed by wonderful people who care and work hard at constantly improving their product.

They also continually ask what future enhancements we would like and must ask others as there is something new is being added at a pace we can cope with.

The ability to automatically attribute things like weld rod or cove sundries is far ahead of its time.

Measure Square is a very powerful product that has been a great addition to our estimating team.

Maybe some day I'll have the time to learn the new software but I just don't have time to  learn all over right now... and I haven't' since it came out.

The carpet and m2 is fairly simply to use. Would be good to have some points to maybe action quicker.

The ease of use and the accuracy is quite good. Layouts are excellent for not only sales team but installers as well to know what the job in-tails before they get there.

Overall a great product with great people developing the product.

I also find the graphics to be very useful in selling product and helping the customer more fully understand the installation.

Large commercial floor areas, multiple floors, design work, budgets through to installation; this software is a huge benefit to our company.

Every time an update is out, a new folder is create in the Documents Folder and we loose time copy and paste from the older folder to the new one the takeoff already done.

Ease of use and continual improvements. Measuresquare staff are enthusiastic and always keen to help.

No matter how stupid a question I ask they always reply promptly. They try to look at every question from a users  viewpoint and not as a computer technician.

Video Tutorials Great Help. Company listen to all the concerns carry with the Construction Business and resolve mostly of the problems into their reach.

I suggest to compare them based on ease of use, available features, simplicity of the structure, and customer support.

Can complete quotation right there or it loads straight back to your work computer for yourself or someone else to complete.

Easy to use, 3D function is nice for presentations. Spreadsheets offer great summaries for bid day.

There has been difficulties i cant not ignore that , but always this company has been there to help us.

Very good, it had completely changed our business since we started using it 9 years ago.
