To do pay applications was hard. It had so many things that just didn't apply to our business and it was hard.

Program is very detailed, but once you learn it, it is very user friendly. There are a lot of benefits we do not utilize.

The daily functions are great to use, and I caught on quickly. I am not so impressed with the month end reporting.

What I love about this, is you can actually monitor your projects in terms of budgeting, tracking your workflow. It's conveniently easy to use.

It has a great features in accounting system, good in tracking bills and expenses and I recommend to use who have a small or big business.

Doing projected final costs and tracking a construction budget were a breeze with Computer Ease.

A very efficient job costing solution. Very useful on job scheduling.

Workflows are great for frequent operations. Good module interface between modules.

They take care of their customers and the support is second to none. The ComputerEase reports are fantastic and easy to learn.

Costumer support is terrible. Templates are sloppy and unprofessional and clunky to use, so all need to be recreated by the company using them.

Not user friendly, does not work with any other programs, will not live 2 way integrate with other software packages.

Great integration and functionality. From bidding to billing and everything in between this program has it all.

It can be difficult to find the information you are looking for.

It is also so good in accounting system according on their works.

IT is very easy to navigate. I love how quick it opens and closes and how reports are also generated very quickly.

I enjoy expense ease more than our last software which was sage. I like being able to use the software when not in the office.

In payroll in the sick time accruals there is an item maximum hours per year, you can enter a number but it does not warn you if they go over.

Hands down, the support is what I like best. They respond almost immediately and are very friendly.

The software has the perfect reports already in the reports section through too. LOVE that it imports into EXCEL and Emails directly from Computer Ease.

The reports that we are able to produce are amazing from tax reporting, payroll, accounts payable/receiveable, cost control, and document control. The software has saved our company time and money.

Having everything integrated is the key for us. It really helps us get a better picture of our business overall instead of waiting until the end of the year to see how we did.

Computer Ease helps me keep track of the many facets of our construction company. The customer support is fantastic and very timely with their help.

The service module is terrible. It has been a while since any substantial updates.

All construction accounting/job costing software has weaknesses. ComputerEase has far less weaknesses than any of the others I've used.

I get knocked off with a lost connection at least twice a day.

The ease of use and the correlation of all the information into one software. The accounting process is easy to use.

Though we don’t frequently need them, customer support is always very responsive, and all issues are quickly resolved.

This one is a definite stand out. Great customer support, great documentation and a freephone number.

What i like the most is it gave me opportunity to study angain and learn more according what i want course.

We also use their new bar code system along with CELive to track up to the minute location of our equipment. Great support, I love our trainer, she knows her stuff.

I didn't need to integrate software. It was also easy to setup on any and all of my devices.

The LIMS (laboratory) module is the least intuitive portion to use, and it can be difficult to correct errors in data entry once specimens are checked in.

Overall, this software has been very beneficial to our company and has alleviated a lot of headaches and reduced risks for errors. The customer service is TOP NOTCH.

The documentation will tell you a toggle exists but not the underlying purpose of a toggle or what it relates to elsewhere. Administration is very limited which is disappointing.

I should also mention that sometimes reports just seem to disappear.

Easy to use when functional. Reports can be submitted with ease.

We switched to this product from a different software. There were a couple of features I liked better in the old program, but overall I think MetaField turned out to be the better option.

Everyone in the Company say that Metafield has been wonderful and a great asset to buisness.

Although great in theory, but execution was poor. To many pages for simple tasks, and way to many bugs and quirks that take time to figure out and make the program very frustrating to use.

Great in theory to help keep all data in one program. Once the quirks are figured out, it can work fairly well.

Re-imputing information when the program crashes and then it restarts. Limited amount of photos that can be uploaded before the program begins to slow or just freeze.

Product is easy to use, and I love how it tells you what tasks are for the day.

I personally find it easy to use, and it is pretty mobile-friendly.

Tracking of discrepancies in work is of paramount importance. MetaField is a great tool for tracking and updating the status of these discrepancies.

The most impactful tools for me as a Lab Manager is certainly the LIMS tab and Quality Control.

The scheduling functionality and access to real-time data are very helpful. The fact that the application is accessed through a website helps a lot with working in mobile situations.

Great Software that we only use a small percentage of.

Even at 1000 or 2000pixels (meaning, not full size pictures). That's a bummer, because then it kicks me out/reloads, and I need to remember what-all I just did to my report.

Generally the program has improved our field reporting time, field report and test accuracy, and field report quality.

Many early hurdles along with some lingering inflexibility. Customer support seems non-existent at the field level.

Difficult to re-arrange entered Activities into date order. Activity numbering and discrepancy numbering becomes difficult to manage.

What I like most about Metafield is the ease of use throughout the entire system. Everything is pretty self explanatory and you can figure out the system very quickly.

It was very difficult as a small business to onboard this product.

The weather reporting feature is very limited, and should allow an entry to cover a range of temperatures and/or events.

The Software is very user friendly and easy to use.

Very minor issues with site navigation or error's that need to be refreshed through.

Pages on the mobile browser seem to reload over and over some times, causing a loss in unsaved information.

Being able to update reports in real time on site is fantastic.
