To do pay applications was hard. It had so many things that just didn't apply to our business and it was hard.

Program is very detailed, but once you learn it, it is very user friendly. There are a lot of benefits we do not utilize.

The daily functions are great to use, and I caught on quickly. I am not so impressed with the month end reporting.

What I love about this, is you can actually monitor your projects in terms of budgeting, tracking your workflow. It's conveniently easy to use.

It has a great features in accounting system, good in tracking bills and expenses and I recommend to use who have a small or big business.

Doing projected final costs and tracking a construction budget were a breeze with Computer Ease.

A very efficient job costing solution. Very useful on job scheduling.

Workflows are great for frequent operations. Good module interface between modules.

They take care of their customers and the support is second to none. The ComputerEase reports are fantastic and easy to learn.

Costumer support is terrible. Templates are sloppy and unprofessional and clunky to use, so all need to be recreated by the company using them.

Not user friendly, does not work with any other programs, will not live 2 way integrate with other software packages.

Great integration and functionality. From bidding to billing and everything in between this program has it all.

It can be difficult to find the information you are looking for.

It is also so good in accounting system according on their works.

IT is very easy to navigate. I love how quick it opens and closes and how reports are also generated very quickly.

I enjoy expense ease more than our last software which was sage. I like being able to use the software when not in the office.

LOVE THIS SOFTWARE!!!!  So user friendly. Perfect for our profession and business.

In payroll in the sick time accruals there is an item maximum hours per year, you can enter a number but it does not warn you if they go over.

Hands down, the support is what I like best. They respond almost immediately and are very friendly.

The software has the perfect reports already in the reports section through too. LOVE that it imports into EXCEL and Emails directly from Computer Ease.

The reports that we are able to produce are amazing from tax reporting, payroll, accounts payable/receiveable, cost control, and document control. The software has saved our company time and money.

Having everything integrated is the key for us. It really helps us get a better picture of our business overall instead of waiting until the end of the year to see how we did.

Computer Ease helps me keep track of the many facets of our construction company. The customer support is fantastic and very timely with their help.

The service module is terrible. It has been a while since any substantial updates.

All construction accounting/job costing software has weaknesses. ComputerEase has far less weaknesses than any of the others I've used.

I get knocked off with a lost connection at least twice a day.

The ease of use and the correlation of all the information into one software. The accounting process is easy to use.

Though we don’t frequently need them, customer support is always very responsive, and all issues are quickly resolved.

This one is a definite stand out. Great customer support, great documentation and a freephone number.

What i like the most is it gave me opportunity to study angain and learn more according what i want course.

We also use their new bar code system along with CELive to track up to the minute location of our equipment. Great support, I love our trainer, she knows her stuff.

I didn't need to integrate software. It was also easy to setup on any and all of my devices.

Now it clear and consistent and easy to review. Asset Tracking:  We have heavily used the asset tracking abilities of Service Channel for the past 2 years.

Always have problem uploading or loading in the system.

Real time data and ease of communicating within our users is one of my favorite feature. I wish they had an AP to match the website.

Reviewing invoices and proposals all in one place. The customer service and support I find is really efficient and helpful.

Overall I am very happy with the system and software. The ease of use and the amount of data available is probably the best part of the system.

It will require active management by your organization as long as you have the system, but it is well worth the investment of resources.

ServiceChannel's suite of services of a tremendous value for the capabilities it will empower you with.

Spoken to and exchanged e-mails with multiple reps over several months and finally decided to cut my losses, discontinue using the platform, and to never return.

Once set up, the electronic payment portion is a outstanding benefit. Extremely effective and easy.

I love almost everything about SC. It starts with how easy the software is to use.

I love that you can submit proposals immediately and the notes section provides a perfect spot to communicate with the customer.

The product has had outages in the past, but those issues are clear, so there's not much in the negative any longer.

This software was frustrating when trying to manage different users.

Their very developer friendly API makes it very easy for us to move data from ServiceChannel to our application.

Fluid Accounting Processes:  Invoices flow from SC into our Accounting software (with integration) after approval from the field. SC has helped keep our accounting department lean and mean.

The system allows for a cradle to grave process for work orders, from the generation of the  request, through completion, invoicing and payment.

This is absolutely not intuitive at all. Requiring mandatory training of vendors without paying for their time is illegal.

It is a very good management tool. It also provides live demo.

ServiceChannel has been a great software for us to use. Its easy to navigate through the site, to check in/out, and to invoice.

We use this system only as our customer requires us to bill them through it, so we only use it a couple of times a month. That being said, I have been impressed with the ease of use.

The main thing I like about Service Channel is that it lets me see how my internal team is functioning in their maintenance rolls. I like the ability to assign work to internal or external providers.

The Service Channel team is always trying to innovate the software by adding new functions or improving on existing, this is a big win to me as well.

Client success manager is amazing. Client support is always helpful.

Our company is comprised of several acquisitions' worth of franchisees and SC was such an important tool, helping us gain consistency in how our locations are managed.

The product is user friendly for the end user and allows the owner to easily create and adjust as needed.

The customer service is great. It is not the easiest program to use but with their help, it make a difference, especially when you are a person who manage a lot of store and travel a lot.
