Pros/Cons
  • Pros

  • Program is very detailed, but once you learn it, it is very user friendly. There are a lot of benefits we do not utilize.
  • The daily functions are great to use, and I caught on quickly. I am not so impressed with the month end reporting.
  • Cons

  • To do pay applications was hard. It had so many things that just didn't apply to our business and it was hard.
  • Costumer support is terrible. Templates are sloppy and unprofessional and clunky to use, so all need to be recreated by the company using them.

  • Now it clear and consistent and easy to review. Asset Tracking: We have heavily used the asset tracking abilities of Service Channel for the past 2 years.
  • Real time data and ease of communicating within our users is one of my favorite feature. I wish they had an AP to match the website.
  • Cons

  • Always have problem uploading or loading in the system.
  • The product has had outages in the past, but those issues are clear, so there's not much in the negative any longer.
