To do pay applications was hard. It had so many things that just didn't apply to our business and it was hard.

Program is very detailed, but once you learn it, it is very user friendly. There are a lot of benefits we do not utilize.

The daily functions are great to use, and I caught on quickly. I am not so impressed with the month end reporting.

What I love about this, is you can actually monitor your projects in terms of budgeting, tracking your workflow. It's conveniently easy to use.

It has a great features in accounting system, good in tracking bills and expenses and I recommend to use who have a small or big business.

Doing projected final costs and tracking a construction budget were a breeze with Computer Ease.

Costumer support is terrible. Templates are sloppy and unprofessional and clunky to use, so all need to be recreated by the company using them.

Not user friendly, does not work with any other programs, will not live 2 way integrate with other software packages.

In payroll in the sick time accruals there is an item maximum hours per year, you can enter a number but it does not warn you if they go over.

Hands down, the support is what I like best. They respond almost immediately and are very friendly.

The software has the perfect reports already in the reports section through too. LOVE that it imports into EXCEL and Emails directly from Computer Ease.

The reports that we are able to produce are amazing from tax reporting, payroll, accounts payable/receiveable, cost control, and document control. The software has saved our company time and money.

I didn't need to integrate software. It was also easy to setup on any and all of my devices.

Ease of use is nice on this product. The beginning estimator should be able to open the program and start using it right away.

I get lost on how the pricing appears, or I don't know what price to send to the customer.

Inability to adjust take off quantity prior to purchase.

Secondly, the reports and bid package this software creates is beyond anything you can do on your own. Its the wow factor to the already amazing product.

My favorite thing about the software is the Technical Support. I've only used it once but it was fantastic.

In general, this program provides a great solution for estimating the budget. It is easy to use and its customer service is really good.

I dislike the way navigation through assemblies works. I would rather be able to type in a search bar when I need to add an assembly, especially one not used often.

It save a lot of time and lays everything out in an easily understandable format for customers. I also like how I can setup assembly groups.

Complete waste of money for Canadian businesses.
