It is a slow process, but customer service is great at keeping me informed. There is a lot of room for improvement, but overall I am content with this software.

I recently started a new business selling/installing window coverings for commercial buildings and I have won most of my bids using iSqFt. It's easy to use, functional, and has tons of users (GC's).

ISqFt is solid but there are better alternatives out there.

When you implement the software, you provide them with your subcontractor database. It's hard to believe they wouldn't extract some information from this for their own expansion purposes.

I like that it is thorough and provides excellent feedback in terms of interest and bids on a project.

IT CAN BE A BIT CONFUSING WHEN BEING A BIT SPECIFIC FOR THE TYPE OF BID YOU ARE LOOKING FOR.

Back when I used this software I really liked it. It was very easy to use and worked great for our needs.

As an estimator, software that lacks adequate training support but costs less can actually add up to greater expense in terms of time and money.

So its well worth the cost for a small company to invest in the software.

This was a good platform to use for sharing documents for construction projects.

We even have to enter our own information if we want to add the estimator to the list. Second most frustrating part is the bidder's list.

Complete joke called and voiced or concerns and was basically told to bad you are stuck in a one year contract.

Customer service is great, and I've had this software for nearly a year. I love the east of creating projects that will be extended out for bid.

The only negative would be the cost for small businesses.

Terrible customer service and wouldn't recommend anyone to use this service.

Overall we are very happy with ISqFt for our bidding and plan room. The people are great to work with and readily available for questions.

Very easy to search and bid on jobs in our trade this field is so competitive in our area this software is very up to date with continuous opportunities.

The only con is I may miss out on jobs if our competitors learn to harness this program correctly for their bids.

In fact, our project assistants appreciate the ability to quickly update addenda to subcontractors in a matter of minutes.

The product has given us quick access to documents, as well as the ability to reach others in the construction community.

Some of the features of this program are very useful. It has been super useful for tracking all construction documents, as-builts, RFIs, Submittals, and even for completing observation reports.

I love that ProCore gives me the ability to communicate with general contractor's through multiple platforms.

Integration with DocuSign is great. Overall use is pretty easy and very user friendly.

The commitments are cut and dry how much money needs to be sent to the vendor. The look and overall ease of the commitment is nice.
