The software is very intuitive and user friendly and the customer support is timely, cheerful and positive.

Procore financials have been difficult for us to implement because there are a lot of duplications of steps. Procore has advised that they are making steps to improve the financial portion of the software.

Can't remember how we managed prior to having the software.

Pros

It's a one stop shop product for everything project management related. From the initial ITBs to subs' and vendors, to contract management, to punch list close-out, and financial reporting.

Cons

Sometimes, it is a little too much. They change setting and features each month, so for a small company, it can be a little overwhelming to stay on top of those changes for best practices.

Could be a little more updated and run a little faster. There are a lot of lag times.

Pros

Helps allow everyone to be on the same page and have access to all job information from the office to the field.

Cons

In my opinion, it is a little pricey for what you get and if you need more things (such as active jobs), they charge A LOT for a few more.

Ease-of-use

Functionality

Customer Support

Pros

It's web based so anyone and everyone connected to the system can access it anywhere in the world. The mobile app. is very easy to use, esp. when uploading photos.

Cons

Can't forward emails and some other items within the submittal process. Also within the email, would be helpful to be able to add someone to your contact list from the email window. There's been times where I'll want to send a mass email and have it all ready to go and when I go to pull from the directory, I forgot to add someone. You can't save the email you've just written so either you have to try to copy and paste or let it go so you can go to the directory to add that person and then start again. Also when distributing a submittal back to a subcontractor, it would be nice to have the option of "distribute and keep open."

Overall, very pleased with the program.

Pros

Very user friendly; it's very easy to navigate through Procore and find what you're looking for quickly.

Cons

I've noticed some issues lately with downloading and previewing PDF files. Also, at times I get a message indicating my page can't be pulled up because of high traffic. Seems to be an issue due to the growing popularity of the program. Great for Procore, not good for the user if the necessary adjustments aren't made to accommodate high traffic demands.

We have much of our project information into one program, which has been a huge benefit for us. We can easily search for our drawings and all information about it from here. We are tracking all job aspects with it's help. We have organised so many documents. We use it on phone and send emails of attachment on the go.

Pros

It has very easy navigation and provides a seamless experience. We have so much knowledge about the project which can be tracked easily for progress. It is very user friendly.
All the glitches were solved so fast by the support and it shows their professionalism.

Cons

I think more third party integrations should be possible and there should be automatic mail sent to employees for the plan update which it is lacking.

save time creating logs to track project files.

Pros

This software is very useful in being able to clearly identify the status of RFIs, Submittals, CCDs, PCOs, etc. For a large project, I can't imagine going back to the old fashion way. This is great to get real-time updates and distribute information.

I performed a full punch review of a department in a health clinic in under 2 hours by using this app. And the contractor had already punched so it was review and not creation. But what I did have to add was easy and quick.

Pros

The intuitive user interface on the mobile app made reviewing the space go smoothly. The app had plenty of options for pinning punch list items and made review each existing item and its attachments easy. Other programs have had lag time and extra buttons to push between every page. This app worked like other android apps, therefore it was easy.

Cons

The app crashed a couple of times, but I think it was my phone's fault. Sometimes the Pins were hard to touch on in the plan view.

It keeps me organized and there is always lots of documentation connected to large industrial and commercial construction projects. Lost information often translates to lost profits

Pros

Procore handles everything connected to construction projects including material submittals, contracts, change orders, purchases orders, etc. in an easy to understand format. I use it through several General Contractors who we work with on an ongoing basis (our corporation is an industrial concrete contractor which is often employed as a high-end subcontractor). Procore is a seamless integrated system which interfaces all the applicable personnel so no documentation or drawings get lost or overlooked.

Cons

We are not a paying contractor (use it though General Contractors). These systems are becoming a must in our industry.
