    Pros

I was employed to help a company select a construction software. I researched this software and was very impressed with what it offered. At the time of my research this is what I found:
*Priced with unlimited users, based of product line and construction volumne
    *Cloud based
    *Easy to create personalized reports
    *Unlimited file storage
*Can email and attach files to all people in the directory, they can reply and that reply will appear in Procore
*Has To do list for every employee and overdue task reminders.

    Cons

There is no GPS locations in the time tracking however that software does integrate with "Busy Busy" which includes GPS labor tracking.

Robust construction management software But very expensive

    Value for Money

From the demo's and testing I saw it is a pretty decent solution but expensive

    Pros

This software provides so many communication channels between the field and the office that it makes running projects that much easier. It is also a great place to keep all information stored and organized for your jobs.

    Cons

The only con that I found is the price. There is not normal license cost for the software. It is based on your revenue. So as your company makes more money they charge more. I mean it is a great business model for them but for some mid sized companies it is just a huge huge cost

    Pros

It has an immensely User-Friendly interface which is easy to learn and has great Project Management functionality.

    Cons

I cannot really think of anything besides that since this is a fairly new and modern software, public agencies or the older A&E firms are still stuck in their old softwares and haven't switched over to Procore yet.
