There is good feedback from all users. We are able to supply new employees and contractors with a personalised site induction for both H&S and quality. The certifcates are downloaded and stored on the system along with the persons picture - whihc was a newly adedd feature this year. Good communications with the point of contact for this system. Always very helpful and have a good response rate.

The software support service is responsive.

The onus for uploading and maintaining the data rests with the contractor. As client, we do not need to spend time on this. However, we can easily audit the documentation as and when we see fit.

No major issues of note. As with all software, navigating it takes a bit of getting used to.

mai Contractor portal is a great central location for all contractor requirements to be recorded and stored. it reminds the contractors that required documents, certificates and permits required to work are going to expire, so there is less chance of delays when coming on site. It is useful during EHS audits as all information is located centrally and reports are easy to run.

Not specific to mai Contractor portal, but It can be difficult to get all of your contractors to use a software system and keep using it.
