About OpenProject BIM

OpenProject BIM is a project management software for architects, engineers, and construction companies. It helps users visualize 3D building models in the web browser and supports the Industry Foundation Classes (IFC) format for exchanging BIM models. Using the BIM Collaboration Format (BCF) format, OpenProject BIM enables issue management. Its task and document management capabilities as well as discussion forums facilitate teamwork. It offers Gantt charts or scheduling projects and resources.

OpenProject BIM provides the following pricing plans: • Self-managed: Community edition is for free Enterprise edition (plus support and premium features): Pricing starts at $435 for 1 year for 5 users ($7.25 per user per month) and the price per user drops the longer the subscription period. • Hosted by OpenProject: Starting at $8.50 per user per month, with a minimum of 5 users it comes to $42.50 monthly. The plans for yearly subscriptions (1 year, 2 years, 5, years) scale the price down per user.

Leicht zu verstehendes BCF Management

BIM Viewer & BCF Management Unternehmensübergreifende Kollaboration leichtes Onboarding stetige Weiterentwicklung Datenschutz

CONS

Es fehlen noch Integrationen in weitere Autorensoftware. Diese stehen jedoch bereits auf der Entwicklungs-Roadmap. Es ist also nur eine Frage der Zeit :)
