PlanSwift is very functional, easy to learn and, best of all, it’s affordable.

Our quality of estimates has improved due to the quality of the take-off.

I will recommend to others, to save time for their Quantity Surveyors.

Used to do quick take offs for estimating and budgeting purposes. Took a bit of time to get used to all of the tools but is very useful now.

Easy to use and understand. The way it allows me to organize my take-off is fantastic.

The other downside for me was that I had to have my computer rebuilt, and the PlanSwift files were stored in a place on my computer that is not routinely copied when an IT tech rebuilds the computer.

Terrible customer service. I usually call and have to leave a message and someone might get back to me in 24-48 hours.

So far I am fair happy with my experience overall.

It's another takeoff software that helps save lots of time which means more bids and more work. We had a good experience with the helpful support team,  so we would recommend trying it out.

The Auto count tool never worked. As well as the customer  service which was poor.

Great for getting a quick, accurate count for material. Easy to add  pricing into the programs.

When looking into takeoff software this is the clear winner. It integrates well with other programs such as BuilderTrend and it is very easy to use.

Easy to use and it is also available for certain customizations as well. It is very accurate in to details  which is good.

I don’t have any comments regarding PlanSwift that I would consider to be negative.

The value on this program is what I'm most impressed with. It has all of the capabilities of many other more expensive estimating software.

Planswift doesn't make it easiest to edit distances. Also I have found it that some automatic settings for measuring distances are confusing.

This never used to be the case (I have used the software for ten or more years). It seems every time they get bought, the problem gets worse.

Ease of use and integration with Sage Estimating. Ability to have multiple takeoff areas and name them accordingly.

Customer support is great. I would recommend this as an option for those looking for takeoff and estimating software.

It is difficult to find files when there are a lot in one folder.
