Moving to accepting electronic bids only was a great move for us. It has cut out the scanning process and saved us valuable time and effort. We can open the bids, save them to our files and then share them in a matter of minutes rather than hours. I wish the contractor could preview the pages they've uploaded to submit before hitting the submit button. This may have since been corrected, but previously, the contractors could upload and download as many times until the closing time as they wished, however, they couldn't preview the documents to make sure they were happy with their submission before submitting.
