Spitfire Project Management is a cloud-based solution that helps construction and capital organizations manage projects, documents and images. The solution helps organizations increase collaboration between project participants from subcontractors to architects and engineers, general contractors to owners. It provides a mobile app for Android smartphones that allows users to send photos, contact team members, receive alerts and edit project documents on the move.
Spitfire improves collaboration by offering each team member a place to view and work with project information. General contractors can administer commitments and even handle insurance compliance. Subcontractors can monitor RFIs and RFPs, engineers and architects can access drawings. All files are collected and centralized in the core file catalog subsystem for access to team members. The solution also offers a cloud-based Plan Room where contractors and sub-contractors can view and download all necessary project specifications and drawings.
Spitfire integrates with Microsoft Dynamics SL for financial systems, payroll, analytics and more. It is a fit for small and midsize companies with 10-plus employees.

Silverman CPM is a true Construction Program Management company. We provide Professional Services as the Owner’s Agent and guide all project participants through each phase of construction. Spitfire has been implemented to better manage the complete business. One area of great value was in the budget / forecasting portion of the integrated system. Once handled by a custom spreadsheet, now all Project Managers use a standard product to better analysis from start to finish.
Another area of benefit is ‘collaboration’ with Third-Party Business Partners, to include; Owners, Contractors, Engineers, Architects and other project consultants. Now information is exchanged in a wide range of documents like; Submittals and packages, Drawing logs, Request for Information, Request for Proposal, Change Orders, Meeting Minutes, Contractor Compliance, etc. This provides on-line information exchange and historical records retained which were once accomplished by passing around manual documents in a hand carried fashion, or via courier and FAX.

Spitfire does not offer a lot of support or training for people in the organization who are less tech savvy. It would be helpful to have an FAQ page and some video tutorials.
