  • Pros

  • Simplicity, ease of use and low cost is what I like best about Chase Data. I have a lot on my plate as a an owner of a construction company.
  • Quality of sound is awesome and very friendly to use.
  • Cons

  • There is really not much I can say negative about the dialer. I had an issue where it called the same state over and over.
  • A few years ago we had problems with calls breaking up, but they have since fixed the problem.

  • We utilize all functions of free agent but the best part of this CRM is the ability to completely customize our portal to our specific needs without having to keep a lot of unused features.
  • The service itself reflects the wonderful people who created it and work for the company. It is easy to use and super customizable.
  • Cons

  • The only negative thing I found with this software is how many different times I have to put in peoples information in different areas. It should just transfer over.
  • I used to complain about the email font - but they just fixed that and there are a lot of new options to make your email look professional.
