Software is obviously using the internet so if you have a weak connection then your calls will drop out.

The worst experience ever. First of the app for phone doesn't do sms and the desktop version is horrible It takes over 48 hours or more to get a response from anyone.

It does require continuous internet feed, so if the internet is down you have no phone service.

As of this writing, I have no reason to switch to any other phone service.
