Its nice that I don't have to relearn a new tool and when Ive gotten stuck the customer support is very responsive.

Windward Reports does much more - but even for this it is worth the cost. Support is great, the team is very friendly too.

Create 1 template and the dynamic text populates automatically. Avoids the need for complex html coding to build nice looking reports.

It integrates well with Office and it is beginner friendly to understand how the logic works.

That's the product, but the customer support also deserves some serious kudos. Whenever I've had any issue, they have been super on top of it.

We love the simplicity of making templates in Word, and if we need to make changes its as simple as opening, editing, and re-saving the template.

Their  test documents revealed that they were considering nearly every test case I was hoping to prove out. So, immediately they reduced my investigation time, by being so upfront.

We reduced the time to generate 100+ page contracts from 24 hours via cut and paste methods (and an average 15 days turnaround, to literally 5 minutes and 1 day turnaround.

WIndward's on-boarding support was great, and you get a lot of time from a dedicated SE to ramp up.

When a report isn't generated for any reason, the same generic error message is returned.

The built-in error messaging and cc to help desk is very handy (requires more advanced users to decipher). Compatibility with the MSFT XML mapping is very impressive.

I love that I can store and organize files from all of Google's suite of services. I love that it backs up to my physical computer.

It has a Google Docs integration which is perfect when you share too many documents. I like that you can edit online and the 15g of free storage.

It's perfect for storing your files, I own a business and I'm also a Web Developer so keeping my files in a secure place where I can access them anytime and from anywhere is very important.

Overall this is an excellent product with great customer service.

Super easy to use and pretty easy to organize. Thumbnails give a big clear preview of the file which is  helpful as well.

I love the user friendliness of it and the accessibility it gives to our team. The Google Spreadsheets is a lifesaver.

Is that its easy to use with other google app. Its offer good customer service and it offer the most storage space unlike other app.

Also, sometimes when I uploaded files from my phone it took forever to upload and it stopped, giving me errors. This was a while ago, but it happened for almost 3 months and it was quite annoying.

It can sometimes be a little confusing to organize and the kids I work with have trouble loading documents to it from chrome-books.

Google changed the quotas for my available data storage which required me to archive my Google Drive content or I was in danger of my Gmail and other services losing functionality.

What I like the most is the ability to share documents easy and fast across computers/users. I'm able to collaborate with ease and at a fantastic price.

Trying to copy information or keep formatting from the Drive to other software is terribly inconsistent and a pain to fix.

Google Drive is an amazing product. It is very amazing to have all of your files in the cloud and the fact that you can access all of them just by logging onto your computer is awesome.
