I think the best feature of this product is that it was created by Adobe and is updated constantly. It saved me doing home office.

Plus service is provided at a relatively cheaper rate and customer care is also good.

Overall our experience in dealing with Adobe on this was horrible. They purchased our account when they bought Echosign.

Excellent business application that integrates directly in with our Creative Cloud subscription users. Allows for timely signatures of important business documents on any device.

But it was ridiculous to have to pay a monthly fee for a service I only need to use 2 months out of the year or very occasionally. Just didn't make financial sense in the end.

The other good feature is you can send the document to your client with a signature. In additon customer service are giving very good service ,they are really willing to help you.

I think that licensing model is quite vague. When looking at Adobe's website for the first time, I was lost as to what are the actual costs for Adobe Sign enterprise module.

I like that you are able to upload documentation to a form and that form then can be signed electronically. I like that it is easy to use and quick.

The interface is fairly simple to use, the language matching and AI is extremely useful, and the platform is extremely flexible so you can build out processes or flows that suit your business.

Product is really friendly the moment we had demo we were certainly buying it seeing it’s user friendly operation.

The one thing that is a downside about the software is that the templates are input by the SpotDraft so every time we need to make any updates to the templates we need to submit the updates to them.

The HubSpot integration and the reminder emails are super useful. Plus the search means we don't have to dig through folders and emails to find contracts.

Further, the team is always open to feedback about features and product improvement. The SpotDraft team is a joy to work with.

We engaged with the product in the MVP phase, so it  was initially feature poor, but in the last 12 months the SpotDraft team has released a wife range of new features.

While drafting, there is no option to proceed further without selecting certain flags even if they're not relevant to the contract and it would have to be removed manually while drafting.

As it is a constantly developing product, I seem to encounter some glitches or UX problems - however, when pointed out to the team, they instantly work on fixing it.

The software's interface is also extremely easy to use.
