Just see if it is intuitive enough to do without tutorial (normally I am savvy enough to do this) but no.

Integrates and plays well. Easy for operators to use.

Overall, the return on investment here is HUGE.

Overall I am satisfied with it,  It is easy to use and access and has not glitched on me not even once.

Liveperson have been incredible in the webchat engineering industry. I am very happy with everythibg they have come out with.

For as long as I have used it the only negative thing to it that I have been able to observe is that it does not collect customer's name in  a way that it can label the chat with it.

It is a great way to enable communication between customers and remote assistance. Available to be used in multiple platforms.

Overall live engage is the worst live chat platform I have worked with. The chat feature often just kicks customers out of their chat which is a terrible experience.

The ability to pull reports is great. You can set custom dates and filter by specific departments if this software is being used by multiple departments.

The customer support agents on LiveEngage is just an extra reason why I love this program , they are polite ,willing to help and are available at all times.

It enables customization including HTML integration which makes it easy for organizations to personalize the kind of content which comes along with having LiveEngage on their website.

The software itself works well, but there are other more cost effective options out there.

Terrible customer support, a real pain to cancel the service...they continued to charge us even after the 90 day period from cancellation.

Trying to figure out myself how to. Find an up to date tutorial (practically an impossible mission through the maze of unclear web pages and unsuccessful searches).

It is now much easier to send emails. I like that even people without much experience can easily learn to use ROUTEE.

The prices are the cheapest and most reliable I could find for the country I target the most (Malta, EU) but it seems pretty cheap and reliable for other countries as well.

The ease of use, the quality of services, the customer support and of course the low pricing.

Pricing looks great but it would be good if it worked.

The platform is very well made and easy to use. The features are limitless and offer the end user a very good experience even for the non technical persons it is very simple.

I like Routee overall and will keep using it, at least for 'the-rest-of-the-world, but when I really need reliable messages, I prefer to deal with the mobile operators directly if possible.

They refused to provide/give me access to export my mailing lists or receipts.

It is very functional, efficient and takes great care to satisfy all users.

The messages to ported numbers were being lost and they said they fixed it after the fact but couldn't guarantee that it would not happen again.

The customer service is very good and very helpful.

There's no API to check to what network a number belongs for us to determine our SMS rates in advance before sending an SMS.

We use ROUTEE for our mass SMS marketing and announcement campaigns where it performs quite efficiently.

Its menu is a bit difficult to use when you are looking for a feature and it has some unecessary  settings in some features that can be a problem.

ROUTEE system helped in automating sending SMS messages. Made it easy and cost-effective.
