Good integration with CRM, intuitive to use.
We needed an invoicing solution that didn't require tons of work to create, and track invoices, we also needed payment options directly on the invoice. This ticked all the boxes. We can easily break up the invoices into multiple phases and set up recurring billing for certain services.
CONSThe mobile UX is pretty bad. Hard to use when on the go.

Does the job - but not pretty
We don't love Paycove but it integrates where we need it to and does the job, just at the level we would want.
PROSWe use Paycove because it was easy to use, integrated with our platforms, and had a decent price. However, the more we use it the more flaws we find and it's becoming increasingly frustrating, but as one of a limited amount of options that integrate where we need it, it looks like we have to keep using it and deal with the bugs.
CONSWe've definitely run into issues using paycove. Some of the issues might be because we use it as integration with Hubspot and Cardpointe, but either way it's been frustrating for our team. We find that the contracts don't refresh automatically, when a new line item is added the payments don't automatically update and occasionally, the payments don't add up to the provided total. It's frustrating but there are workarounds.

Invoicing with customizability and stunning UI
Love it and feel with the above two issues fixed, I would become a Pacove superfan!
PROSThe UI and functionality are outstanding all while removing any unnecessary complexity which a lot of invoicing software struggles to achieve.
CONSNot being able to save customer details (when not using a CRM) (customer info we insert in the top of invoices). ->we're having to re-type customer addresses, phone numbers etc here which is a pain-point Not being able to manually edit "Deal Names". (also when not connected to a CRM)

Paycove removes everything you DON'T need while maintaining full customizability for custom branding, layout, invoice options and wording. The customer emails look good, the PDF attachments look good, its UI is good, and it doesn't have that dated clunky feel like so many invoicing platforms have (e.g Zoho invoices and Xero).
Reasons for switching to Paycove
Because Waveapps ditched all non-US customers so we were forced to find an alternative (as we're based in New Zealand) -> I would have tested and tried at least eight alternatives until I found Paycove :)

Paycove is a great option to integrate with Pipedrive

I love to use Paycove and Hubsport (really good integration)
I need three fewer times to do my tasks.
PROSWe just migrated to Hubspot and were looking for a plug-in for invoicing. Paycove is perfect. It is easy to use, and the integration to Hubspot is just perfect. It is simple to create/update templates, to send invoices and payment reminders. Regards,
CONSThere are no dashboards and it is not possible to integrate them directly to SAGE 100. The fixed cost is cheap but the percentage for the fees is a little bit high.

Great Product
It is a great system overall that alleviates the need to manually create invoices for our thousands of students.
PROSThe ability to use our own systems in place and allow Paycove to execute actions to deliver a visually-appealing invoice that allows our students to view their payments.
CONSOccasionally, this software takes time to refresh and the loading times for viewing invoices could be better from an administration view.

Review
The customer service has been okay; there are times when Paycove is either not loading or failed to synch for hours, and after reaching out for help, the problem would be solved before a representative has responded. I think updates or email notifications regarding system maintenance/issues should be communicated promptly with its customers/users so we are not sitting in the dark. Thanks.

CONSThe inability to customize the invoice's field set up. If I want the "Description" box to be of the same size as the "Product" size, I would like to be able to do that.

Super easy to use!
Really easy and straightforward to use and integrate, even with Pipedrive. Customers also seem to enjoy how easy it is as well.
CONSQuotes and updates still have a really slow upload or processing time. Seems like Paycove pages take 2-3x longer to load than any other online software I'm using.

Reliable, Secure, and Customizable.
Paycove's customizable online invoicing has allowed our org to close sales and drive business in a more efficient manner than we had been able to previously. Our org has really benefited from being able to automate the creation of customizable invoices that give our customers a flexibility that allows them to purchase our service in a way that works for them, all on their end.
PROSPaycove is very reliable and secure, both of which are vital when looking for an invoicing system. The Paycove team is also always listening and working to improve and create new features for their platform. The ability to easily integrate Paycove with other platforms and services should not be undersold either as it really helps to streamline processes.
CONSPaycove is not the most robust tool; it fulfills a very targeted business need and does it very well, but do not expect it to do any more than that.

Invoice Creation is Easy
It's made invoicing and payments for my clients very easy - clients are able to access their invoices autonomously and are able to make payments more quickly.
PROSIt is very easy to create invoices and multiple payments within the same invoice.
CONSThe Payments Window is quite cluttered and if there are many separate payments it's not easy to differentiate them. Perhaps make payments into collapsible tabs?

Great product, great support, great company
Paycove is so easy to implement and use. It has made it so much easier on my sales team to be able to create an invoice with the click of a button. I also really appreciated the ability to customize the invoice so I could tailor the invoices to my customers' needs. The customer support team is also very helpful. They were prompt with responding to my inquiries and their answers addressed the questions I posed. If you are looking for a solution to creating invoices, I recommend you check out Paycove. If you are using HubSpot, definitely check out their integration. It has saved my team time and ensured invoices are sent out so we get paid.
CONSCurrently, the Paycove integration with HubSpot only allows one invoice for one deal. I have customers that have multiple deals within a month or less and I would love the ability to create one invoice for all the relevant deals because one invoice for one deal is too cumbersome for some of my clients.

Customer service is missing
Several issues with the taxes and customer support.
PROSThere was a good tool at the beginning of the setup.
CONSI'm very disappointed regarding paycove. I have contacted the customer service regarding the global rounded taxes issues SO MANY TIMES. Currently this issue is not solved and our clients send us several pain messages regarding this. We lost clients because of this and we can't accept this anymore. We also report a pipedrive sync issue but it's not solved currently. Furthermore, the customer service is very slow when i send bug alerts in the chatbox.

Paycove is great and makes my job easier!

Very Effective At What It Does
Paycove is integral for our various backend processes, including managing invoices, delivering accurate information for each of our clients, and ensuring that our CRM software is well synchronized with customer invoice information
CONSDepending on your CRM, it can be difficult to integrate into your existing workflow. We personally used Pipedrive and it worked like a charm, but when considering other CRM alternatives such as Zoho, it was a little bit harder to hook into our already established processes.

The amount of users we can have under only one subscription plan, the price, the easy of use for the team.
CONSConfiguring the templates is not as easy. You need to understand HTML language in order to create a proper template, and the tokens are not always evident to use to populate while configuring.

It collects money. That’s pretty much the only thing I like about Paycove.

Paycove delivers us an automated quoting and billing system and fully integrated with HubSpot.

Simplification of Quoting/Invoicing - Finally a proper HubSpot integration!
The ease of creating quotes and invoices directly from HubSpot is seamless. Customers being able to accept a quote, choose multiple methods including ACH, and paying directly from the invoice were massive deciding factors for my organization.
CONSSetting up recurring payments was not an intuitive process.
