Boei - simple yet powerful communicator for your website
I have a quick chat on each page, so it simplifies the way my clients can get in touch with me. It was very easy to implement and they continue to improve this software and are open to feedback.
PROSAn easy way to add a communication widget to the website. I like best that it supports Messenger and Whatsaap, phone, email and live chat and it is easy to translate for multilingual pages.
CONSI can't think about real drowbacks. The [SENSITIVE CONTENT] reply all the support questions quickly and effectively, they are open to feedback. I had no issues at all with this software. Maybe if they could add some protection against spammers if you use the contact form and in some future add a chatbot, that would be fantastic.

Boei - The Super Sized Menu
Excellent product and service. I can't complain about the level of support I've received. They are receptive to customer feedback and have a public roadmap.
PROSThe ease of setting it up and rolling it out. This tool is super easy to set up and helps drive conversions.
CONSIt's relatively new and still evolving so patience is required for some feature rollouts.

Quick and easy chat menu
I was looking for a chat app to easily communicate with my customers. I didn't want to install anything overly complex and I just wanted something that worked within minutes. After briefly using Boei, I knew it was right for me. It's super lightweight and easy to use, plus it has all the chat bots that you might need! Highly recommend to anyone looking for something simple.
CONSI wish there was a better UI or more design options.

A simple and minimalistic tool with a lot of power!
Displaying all of our contacts in a compact and easy to access way.
PROSAt it's core it's an easy way to allow your visitors to choose between their favourite contact method to reach you, however with extra features like direct call, call me back, feedback, work hours and some more as one of the best aspects is that the developer is very friendly, attentive and continues to add more features to it and listens to the comunity. It's an easy and quick solution for smaller businesses or projects. If you have multiple projects also makes it easy to organize all of their contacts in the same platform. Easily works anywhere/on any platform, is beautifully simple and can be used to substitute the ugly widgets of chats like JivoChat, because Boei gives you a great freedom to customize. You can easily customize it however you want, even add CSS etc. and the best part is that the developer keeps updating and adding features to the tool. For the future I would love to see more several themes/designs/templates for how the boei links appear on the page, maybe one where the links appear as icon bubbles (with the same design as the Boei bubble) that stack on top of boei.
CONSIt would be nice if when you setup only one link per boei button, it would open this link automatically (since there are not more links to choose from, requiring multiple clicks from the user is irrelevant/more friction). I'm aware Boei is supposed to support multiple contact methods, but because boei is also a great way to easily customize your chat contact bubble button and make it fit your websit, indepently of the service you use, and sometimes you might just want to use one service which has a very ugly button (such as the example of jivo)

Very Clever Plugin with instant benefits
It was very easy to configure and setup on my website. The only issue I had to deal with was to decide what channels not to include in the pop up on the website. I need to be clear what are the essential channels to include for each site that I design.
PROSVery happy to give Top Marks to this Plugin. Most of my business enquiries are coming from Smartphone users based on my Analytics. Boei allows those users in particular contact me on the preferred social Channel with one click. I also can follow up on that channel later or over time with the conversion thread preserved. Its a pop up and also give the prospective client the opportunity to fill out a standard contact form as well. I am implementing it on all my sites now and I am very happy to recommend.
CONSI need to make sure I am not including channel options that are not relevant, so I need to be sure of my target audience to avoid clutter when the pop up is activated.

Less clicks to make contact with my enquiry portal. I wanted customers to have newarly no barriers to make contact particulaty from a Smart Phone
