The email system is really poor with no hard integration just a forwarding system that doesn't really cut the mustard.

If you have a problem with Insightly, it will likely not be fixed.

I love the app version, and I am able to connect Insightly with other apps. It offers great value for the product, and customer support is good, and responsive.

Insightly it a wonderful software with an ease of use. Very grateful for this integration and organization.

The software graphics were somewhat childish initially, but they have updated the graphics over time.

We are still in the trial process, I couldn't find much things to dislike. Maybe pricing should be more flexible in terms of the needed features.

Had all the Crm and database features you could want. Good training and onboarding process and good pricing.

The lack of customer service is what lost them the sale.

Selected this software for a client and they love it. The dashboard is appealing and contact management is quite easy to navigate.

In short I would say all these features are good enough to maintain my workflow in a very stunning way.

How can you call yourself Customer Relationship Management if you can not manage email communication. Finally, beware the have a no refund policy.

It has the ability to create reports on a whim. Price is fair for the functionality and ability to customize to fit your industry's needs.

You need to watch it first their tutorial if beginner because you might confuse while using it.

The only thing I can think of is it does show a bit of a lag when it processes large amounts of data.

Insighty is super easy to use. Being able to set tasks to know who you are chasing/following up means that it's all in one place and you do not have to depend on your outlook calender.

With the help of this am able to track all my deliverables as well to make my customers satisfied from its amazing efficiencies and also helps in the better growth of my business.

The drag and drop functionality seems a little more difficult than say other similar drag and drop functions like Tableau.

It was functional after frustration because of lack of support.

It is quite pricey for the intended market and the lack of office integration is a no no.

I like how easy it is to integrate Insightly with other software that I use, like Google Apps. This makes messaging easy.

It was easy to use and setup. I like that it was integrated with G Suites, which is how I found out about it in the first place.

So i got charged instantly with even having a trial which seems a very odd way to go about things in my opinion.

We've noticed that it does not automatically refresh notes entered which may just be a first world problem but is frustrating when working on a team.

To make it worse, Insightly has very weak customer service. You don't hear back from them for 24 hours and even then they use a help service that is full of noise and hard to follow.

In general I really like Insightly and would consider buying it, it is very easy to use and the customisation is amazing.

It has allowed us to successfully  engage  our working relationships with the clients in a more reliable way. I have also been performing project management tasks with this tool.

Overall, the CRM product has been a great business tool for everyday use. I would certainly recommend it to a business if they can afford the price point.

I liked that it was easy to search for our clients, but that was less easy after they did the big overhaul of the software.

Easily the most difficult aspect of the software is the inability to change certain core features. Specifically, the inability to add more than one email address (e.g., add a secondary).

Customer support staff of this platform is helpful enough to make all my queries worthy enough to be solved at the moment.

We use it through mobiles, laptops, personal computers likewise we synchronize data through many other applications like Gmail and office 365. It is playing a great role in our organization.

Being able to track if they actually have viewed the content is a great plus. Overall i love the product and it definitely has made an impact on our business in terms of productivity and time.

Features are quite limited and based on their roadmap it could take some time.

It is user friendly and easy to track progress of training and documents. Waybook can house documents such as handbooks and company policies.

I find it difficult if someone leaves us but uses the same email address.

This software helps you organize documents online for things such as SOP's and is a great resrource too.

Their customer service is excellent and they work with you to make it work and are very responsive.

Finally a cost effective tool to easily map out your systems and processes.

The team behind the product seem passionate and responsive. The product stands for itself... we wanted something to train our team that was simple to deploy.

I was a little disappointed with the security features and limitation with using Waybook as a means to get staff's acknowledgement on new polices and processes.

I like that you can train people using Waybook, with trainings, quizzes and more. The most important is I can store my manual on the site with permissions at every level.

I haven't finished building everything out yet, so I am excited to eventually use Waybook for onboarding my team, tracking their progress, and testing out their knowledge.

This tool is so amazingly easy to use and I cannot think of things to improve, yet I know there is a roadmap of more awesome things to come.

I really like the layout, which allows me to have a nice overview of all my top-level processes, then drill down deeper when needed.

I just started documenting our processes but what I love is its easy enough that once I learn the system, I should be able to delegate much of this to another member on my team to build out.

Overall the product value is there and the customer service is excellent.

I have created a new Realtor on-boarding template that I know will save time and money. M also going to create a Training template.

It is clearly laid out and it makes it a breeze for our employees to read through our manual. We loved, how easy it was to integrate images and videos into the layout.

It is easy to use and feature rich with lots of options to create great looking documents. I like that it is easy to duplicate a document and then easily edit and update it.

The addition of tracking functionality and the quiz aspect pushes Waybook over the top for me. The fact that the features above come from a product so wonderfully supported is the real joy though.

I pointed out a few missing features and these were included promptly in the feature requests and 2 out of 3 are actually making the next release.

It has been so positive. The support is amazing, they checked in on me and offered me new SOP templates.

Love the option of branding with own brand. Excellent customer service: I normally interact with the customer service to make sure of the benefits, future, etc.

I have an extremely positive experience with Waybook and I know that it is a continuously developed software that will keep on getting better and better.

I haven't run into any issues or things I don't like about this software.

No real criticisms here aside from a selfish request for an iPad app. That would be great for my own workflow.

We also don't like that the email reminders cannot have customized message. Instead, department heads are sending emails from their accounts and linking people back to Waybook to review.

I loved how easy it is to set up and organize your systems and processes in an easy way that makes sense.

Overall, I am very pleased with my experience using Waybook. I've been able to really integrate it with my business and find it very easy to quickly open and take down my steps/notes as I work.

Customer support, ease of use, and pricing. They're still new software but they're SOLID in every way.

It's really easy to use, very user friendly and allows the users to organize the knowledge and share with the people that need it in the organization.

This way user community can create editable SOP library covering various industries, sectors and trades and the library grows big, while attracting new users as well.

I use Waybook to organise company processes and store knowledge docs. Had a great experience with it so dear and I currently love logging into it.
