Sometimes due to server issues call recordings are not available which causes difficulties in tracking and follow up.

Easy to operate all functionalities. The lead generation, campaigns, third-party integrations like facebook, WhatsApp, messaging vendors etc was really awesome.

Even though it does not have lot of fancy features like other CRM's it does the job. Lead data capturing and followup task reminders are good.

Setting up analytics is a little difficult and an added step to check.

Originally the decision was driven by the 50% + cost saving we would receive, however, we have been amazed by the ease of use of the system.

It is an easy to use platform that brings about new updates on a regular base.

The only negative I have to say is that whatfix is not catered well for bigger web apps which present the users with multiple options to complete the task they set out to do.
