Pros
- Mailchimp is super easy to use and was a breeze to set up. Everything was very straight forward and the user interface is very nice.
- I liked that I had never used any type of service like this before and it made it very simple for my husband and I to reach out to folks who were interested in our business.
Cons
- Some legit emails get marked as spam. If too many are marked as spam you run the risk of getting your account suspended or at times deleted.
- Customer support was terrible and when i misunderstood how to use the platform they terminated the relationship because of spam.
Pros
- Strong capability for categorizing Q&As, thus making them more accessible for use. Excellent customer support; knowledgeable, enthusiastic and responsive.
- The fact that PMAPS has collaborative tools and efficient document management are what I like most about the software. Also there are lots of features in the program and most are good.
Cons
- I find the key word search process frustrating. It is very difficult to find what I need when using key words.
- What I don't like with this is that there are times when you search, the returns are bit slow. It might be a connection problem, but with my team overseas, they also experience same thing.
