Fly High with Qorus
Using Qorus has speed up the process of proposal writing, having all the content in the repository the person working on the pursuit can just pull the content from the repository with ease and insert on the document, unlike before where one would request for content if they dont have any and wait for the content to be sent.
PROSThe use of smart fields in creating standardised templates, which everyone can use with ease in the organisation.
CONSWhen you copy the link to the pursuit using the "Copy URL" on the pursuit, the link copied is the SharePoint link and not the link to the pursuit in Qorus.

Qorus Breeze to QorusDocs
We have been with Qorus for many years. We came into the relationship using Qorus Breeze and migrated over to QorusDocs with the publisher architecture. QorusDocs CSMs are stars and have guided us through the process and continue to make our business relationship the key to our success and how we deliver RFP content to our users.
PROSQorusDocs has many features, many of which we haven't adopted within our organization, and those that we have are well received by our user community. In particular, the way in which we use Campaigns on our UI instance is a sparky way to guide our users to specific libraries.The QorusDocs Add-in is way-cool and our users really enjoy it too.
CONSItems from our 'wish list' have been implemented but one is outstanding which is the ability to put Campaigns in a preferred order rather than how they are raised. ;-)

QorusDocs is as robust as it claims to be
The front-end UI is very intuitive, but the customization available on the administrative end is also extremely easy to use. On the rare occasion that something goes haywire, no other product in my experience offers tech support or product support as responsive and helpful as Qorus does.
CONSOccasionally, QorusDocs software has difficulties accommodating special characters in naming conventions, which is ultimately a very minor problem.

Highly Recommend, Best Proposal Solution I've used.
Veregy has had a wonderful experience with QorusDocs, from onboarding to continued customer support. QorusDocs customer service is the best, they always respond within a timely manner, and we have access to real people every time we call. In many cases, we are on a screen share with their team within 24 hours.
PROSThe content library and interface with SharePoint Online have proven beneficial, as our organization utilizes SPO, resulting in a seamless implementation of QorusDocs. QorusDocs is easy to implement use and has created efficiencies in our organization. The content library allowed our department to create uniformity in messaging across three regions.
CONSWe would like the ability to customize the RFx screen in the QorusDocs application.
Reason for choosing QorusDocs
The interface with MS Word and SharePoint online is the reason we selected QorusDocs. Our team understands Word and our content was already stored in SPO which resulted in a seamless implementation with very little training needed to get started.
