  • Pros

  • It is super easy to use and there is an integration to Google Chrome as well as to Linkedin. More than that it gives you availability to track your emails which helps you to deal with your tasks.
  • Easy to use and setup chrome extension. Good database collection.
  • Cons

  • It was blocked by Linkedin and sometimes emails bounce.
  • With time linkedin noticed users were using adapt on their profiles and threatened to lock accounts if people kept using adapt on their pages.

  • Their query and customer data platform tools are powerful and relatively easy to use. Their support team is great at helping you learn and use the software.
  • The ease of finding reports and analytics. I use those a lot in my role, so knowing where everything is and seeing how deep into the analytics you can get it awesome.
  • Cons

  • Anyone managing a newsletter or digital subscription product needs to know how many subscribers they are adding or losing on a regular basis.
  • It is cumbersome to pull reports and often involves complex queries in Audience Builder. Outputs often need to go into another piece of software for visualization or manipulation.
