We were a customer of TrustPilot for many years, and sadly we couldn't trust them! They continued to raise prices at an exponential amount with lower and lower support; and their interface was sorely in need of updates. Our requests and suggestions about how to improve their offerings were ignored completed. And worst of all they became an agent of extortion in many situations when rotten clients would posting extortion level reviews. Even when we showed admin at Trustpilot that the client was threatening to leave terrible reviews if we didn't give them discounts of 50% off our products Trustpilot refused to remove these bad reviews. Trustpilot also had so many reviews being posted about products that we don't sell at all. We are a jewelry manufacture and we'd have almost daily posts from people saying they liked the TV that we sold them... To have these removed was such a waste of time and admin at Trustpilot could do nothing about it. Overall it was a horrible nightmare working with Trustpilot.

Verified Reviews was less expensive, near-instant support for questions or any issues we had in using their system. We have zero fake reviews being posted, no spam, simple monthly fee, SEO ranked, my staff love the interface, it's a 100x's better than Trustpilot!

The customer service is truly a disgrace, as a german speaking customer you will be absolutly looked over, nobody will care for you, your emails wont be answered, your calls will end nowhere, their hotline is literally not answering any calls its just disgusting. Do yourself a favor and chose ANYBODY but not them

Sometimes the Product Reviews did not show correctly on my website. However, [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN] and the staff at Verified Reviews were very accommodating and responsive to fix the problem. They were FAST and EFFECTIVE at fixing the problems.

Ease of use and straight forward. They were able to port Amazon Seller reviews to my store. Reasonably Priced.

The way Google picks up the Verified Reviews and displays them on the Search Results is not obvious. It would help if there was an explanation for that.

The service is first class. And its not a one-size fits all. We run a custom cart and webstore. Verified Reviews has helped us implement this just the way we wanted it. And the price is reasonable.

We don't like anything about Verified Reviews. It is slow and glitchy, the user interface could be better, support is non-existent, and better options exist. We only heard from their support team when they had an issue with our credit card.

They blame Google for all of the issues, and then they tell us that we have to deal with Google. When we call Google, they tell us the issue is with Verified Reviews. The service hasn't worked for over 6 months. They expect us to continue paying for a service that doesn't work. They refuse to accept responsibility for their product. Half the time you can't log in to the system, It randomly redirects you back to the login page.

Provides EZ access of customer reviews for new customers. EZ access to US staff to correct any issues that may arise.

No real disappointment with our usage and satisfaction

They offer all the same functionality as some of the bigger names in the reviews market for a better price. Their staff are friendly and have been extremely helpful on the rare occasions I've needed to speak to their support.

A very simple interface that's intuitive to use. They also have a Magento integration that looks great, and they were amazing at providing support for this. Auto-moderation for reviews under a certain score is brilliant.

The only issue I find is being required to send at least one message to the customer before requesting the removal of a review. I understand why this exists, but there are rare occasions it's not needed. Minor nit-pick really.

The reason we us verified reviews is to get the google ads star rankings on our ads and there are some issues with that sometimes. Verified reviews will say we have 108 but Google says we have 99 and we need 100 (according to google) to get the star rankings. So I am not sure if that is a verified reviews issue or google issue but that's the reason we use verified reviews so if that isn't working it's kind of annoying.

La réception et la modération d'avis est simple. Il est possible d'avoir plusieurs utilisateurs sur la plateforme avec différents rôles.

Ces derniers mois Avis Vérifiés à évoluer. Le service support n'est maintenant plus joignable directement. On peut passer par un robot mais impossible de parler avec un humain donc dès que le problème sort de l'ordinaire on est coincé. J'ai dû annoncé que je voulais partir pour enfin avoir un retour. Et malgré l'accès direct à un commercial, il a fallu encore plus d'une semaine pour que mon ticket soit traité. J'ai mis un mois à résoudre un problème par manque de réactivité de leur part... Et aujourd'hui encore le problème n'est finalement pas résolu. Pourtant j'ai bien précisé qu'il y avait un mapping à retirer, on m'a garanti que tout était en ordre, il n'empêche que mes avis ne remontent plus sur mon site... C'est donc très embêtant de payer un service qui ne fonctionne qu'en partie, service qui d'ailleurs à augmenter sans avertissement. Je me suis donc retrouvée engagée sur 1 an avec un nouveau montant dont je n'avais pas connaissance. Et ils en ont profité également pour faire payer des services avant gratuits... La dernière en date vient de la mise à jour de leur logiciel de gestion. D'un coup, j'ai été effacée en tant que contact de facturation principal alors que cela faisait 2 ans que mon adresse email était renseignée. Les factures étaient donc envoyées à une adresse email qui ne fonctionnait plus.

Je suis peu satisfaite de mon expérience avec Avis Vérifiés. J'étais séduite sur le papier par les fonctionnalités et la notoriété de la solution, mais la mise en route a été très difficile, visiblement vous n'aviez jamais eu de cas client comme le mien à traiter et j'ai dû batailler pour obtenir ce que je souhaitais. La solution n'est pas vraiment adaptée à mon secteur d'activité (promotion immobilière) et j'en suis déçue car une autre solution identifiée convenait finalement davantage.

Notoriété de "Avis Vérifiés" / Perspective de pouvoir bénéficier d'une plateforme unique "SKEEPERS" avec les différentes solutions utilisées mais c'était une illusion.

La mise en place d'Avis Vérifiés n'a pas été simple dans mon entreprise, il y avait un réel décalage entre la présentation "commerciale" et la réalité une fois le paramétrage à effectuer. De plus, je trouve l'interface assez mal faite, peu ergonomique, la connexion saute régulièrement.

Manifestement mauvaise. Je suis désolé de ce très mauvais feedback mais tous ces éléments ont été partagés à plusieurs reprises avec les équipes.

la récolte d'avis est primordiale pour un site e-commerce, après avoir fait le tour de plusieurs récolteurs d'avis il nous semblait évident de travailler avec "Avis vérifiés" car elle inclut aussi l'avis de notre site et pas seulement l'avis produit c aussi une aide pour le SEO a ne pas négliger

la mise en place peu parfois etre difficile pour ce type de logiciel, cependant avis vérifier nous accompagne avec bienveillance en nous assignant un de leur agent qui nous aide a des appels visio tous est bien expliquer pour que la mise en place soit facilité
