Bad interface, poor concept, unfriendly installation, buggy portal.

As far as i use this tool what i feel is the Initial Configuration is a bit difficult.

It is a completely free software and therefore does not add to the costs to the organisation but rather brings in flexibility in terms of meetings scheduling, makes life easy for the secretariat.

We got one of our requirements customized for free. The best part is that the customer service of this company is excellent.

A simple and highly effective Help Desk for the entire organisation. Great & meaningful features.

In the beginnings was a little difficult to deploy because it require so many elements to put on track the app, but once you do all the processes run smooth and fast.

C-Desk is very user friendly application with bundles of features. Service Request Management' ,  'Survey Forms' and 'Customer Care Portal' are some of the my favorite features.

Helpdesk software is so comprehensive and can work well across multiple departments especially at my workplace where there a several faculties.

I tried it and repent wasting 30 minutes on this.

Ease of installation and use. Has got more customizable option and also many additional features like FTP server to put different documents which can be accessible by the users.

It is a great product overall. Enjoy the interaction and usability.

This is an easy to use application. Its lite version can be accessed by most smart phones.

Meeting schedules becomes easy to manage and there are no clashes as these can be cancelled and rescheduled prior to meeting times.

The support from their team is great. They are quick to respond and have had all the answers to my questions.

I struggled to get my queue sorted the way I wanted and we had some issues with a few other things. The main point is they were resolved in a timely manner.

It's clear the guys get on great and are very enjoyable to work with.

There are no webhooks at the time of this review, however, I'm told they are on the roadmap.

It is a very capable and easy to use case management solution with great support, which helps with ease of customization and user adoption.

Honestly, I can't think of much. There was some minor dashboard confusion upfront that turned out to be a small user error that was resolved in a minute.

The seamless migration and the ease of use stood out, making the switch smoother than anticipated and boosting our team’s morale.

Specifically, we have over 150  rental vehicles out in one particular fleet with no centralized repository for service requests.

The notes have been a huge help in keeping track of the situations on each ticket, and it does this better than other software, in my opinion.

Customer Service and Support are outstanding. The product is always evolving with new features and enhancements.

You can miss replies to already existing cases. Notifications are not good enough.

Having used most ticketing systems out there, this one by far takes top prize. It's super easy and intuitive so you can flow through your cases and day.

Supportbench is easy to navigate and convenient to use. A lot better than other ticketing software in terms of interface and functionality.

Extremely competitive price means that any size company will be able to run this desk.

Supportbench has been a win for us, budget-conscious wise.
